Went there around midnight just for me and my bro to get a milkshake. An oreo milkshake for me and a strawberry milkshake for him. After getting the shakes, come to find out my milkshake was pure chocolate with only tiny bits of oreo in it. I didnt order the OREO® FUDGE LOADED MILKSHAKE since it doesnt even have fudge in it, but its the only one on their menu with oreo chunks. I guess the co-workers were lazy and decided to give me a chocolate milkshake with oreo bits in it since i wanted oreo. As for the Strawberry shake, my bro was able to taste chocolate in his. I know where i shouldnt be going at midnight. This location sucks ass lol.

Ive gotten the worst customer service ever. Someone hop on the drive thru speaker and started sassing me with a really rude tone. Then she went as far to curse me out, Also that person sounded very illeterate and like she doesnt want to be there. I dont know if this business cares about customers or big orders but I definitely had to drive 3 miles to the one on state road 7 by Southgate they gave me the best customer service. I definitely wont be going back to this checkers ever again. I go to places for customer service not to eat cause its convenient.

This has to be the very worst Checkers I have ever been too. Nobody understands English they got my order wrong I paid for 3 burgers and a large fries, but only received 2 burgers. When I attempted to call and complain I found the number they have listed is actually their fax number. Oh and the best part was trying to pay and get my change on the passenger side of the car some moron actually designed it this way I just couldnt believe how horrible this experience turned into. Dont ever go there they are the absolute worst EVER.

I can only review the service later at night. Theres typically a long wait at both the drive thru and order/pick up window. The service is what you would expect from a fast food place with rude teens and long wait. If the food order isnt something incredibly simple with no sauce, the employees there will mess it up some way by placing an excessive amount of mayo or any other type of sauce on the food.

I had to give it one star just to leave a review. This place needs new employees. I waited 40 minutes for fast food, listen there was Only three cars ahead of me and Ive gotta wait 40 minutes? This is nonsense, I finally get my food 58 minutes later and the lady at the window is nasty to me???? Get a new job lady. Ill never stop at this location again.

This particular restaurant is utterly disgusting and highly rude,they also lack on customer service.The lady refused to take more than one order through drive-through and told us we had to get our asses down and come to the window.I felt very afraid due to the ladies tone voice I just hope that The store goes under new management very soon.

Food is horrible! Didnt even serve my order hot and never again!!! The employees too busy gossiping about customers who call and complain. Yes, people will complain when their orders are incorrect or cold! NEWSFLASH.... Do your job right or find one you can do and enjoy doing!!!!!!!!!!!

I order the 2 for 5 a1 steak sauce burger. The bread is super dry. Not the usual bun they use. The fries were saggy and I had more ice than soda. Honestly I gave three stars because Ive eaten b4 there and had no problem today its something else

In a world of ghetto fast food places for some reason this is one of the checkers that remains classy. They are always fast here and if they make mistakes they arent quick and dont have attitudes when asked to fix them.

Service a bit slow but worth the wait. Milkshakes amazing as always, hot fries, hot burgers that arent loaded with drippy grease like other fast food places. Great price for the food.

I never had an issue. This checkers actually has some of the better made food among the others in the local area. This is like the best checkers within 15 miles.

LEARN TIME MANAGEMENT!!! Every single time I go here I have to wait at LEAST 30 minutes! Drive thru or not. Pick your nose at home. Do your job if or AT ALL.
