My family is on vacation in PCB and a few nights ago we wanted to get BBQ, so we looked into some places around here and we were going to try Angelos, however it got really bad reviews as far as service, so we decided to keep looking. My husband came across Outlaws and said that people rave about it and that its the locals fav spot, so we decided to give it a try. When I first saw it I thought "oh boy" but looks can be deceiving!!! THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!! My husband and I had the combo he had a rib, beef brisket and the 1/4 chicken, I had the beef brisket and the ribs. The beef brisket melts in your mouth!!! The ribs fell off the bone!!! I am telling you its AMAZING!!! We went back today for lunch, thats how much we enjoyed it!!! Our son was fussing in the car until he saw we went into this place!!! EVEN OUR 2 YEAR OLD PICKY SON LOOOOVED IT!!! The service was AWESOME!!! They even brought us out some other food to try FOR FREE!!! They were GREAT!!! I recommend getting the brisket and the wild pork wings!!! OUT OF THIS WORLD BBQ!!! EVEN THE SIDES ARE GREAT...SWEET POTATO FRIES ARE THE BEST I EVER HAD!!! I wish I could pick this place up and move it to IN!!!

The food was horrible! And, the service was worse! When I complained about the food to the so-called manager (pony-tail and grey shirt), she was flippant and all but told me that if I didnt like the food that I should go somewhere else! Then, when a church friend of mine received a take-home cover for his wifes leftovers, it had splashes and drips of food all over it. No one would meet his waving request, so I offered to take it to the manager. She didnt replace the cover with a new one. She took it in the back to wash it, dry it, and place her finger print smudges on it. When she gave it back to me, she was sarcastic and over-solicitous, bending over as to get in my face! Thank goodness the counter was between us. I told my friends what happened. They said theyd select another place. I wont be back--not ever! We had a party of 14. The servers set us up for 12, so 2 of us had to sit away from the group. Best of Bay? Not even close!

I agree w/ Calvin... We went through the drive thru and got the "sampler" it is exactly that, just enough food for my 7y/o. Theres no way in the world an adult could get full from this box....that being a SHAME considering it was $13!!!! The brisket and pulled pork(chopped) are very BLAND. We cant and wont even eat it and are very disappointed and pissed because we used to absolutely love this place and we just spent $30 for nothing, the ONLY thing that was worth what was paid for it was the grilled cheese kids meal, there were no complaints from him, but that mightve just been because he was so hungry. We werent asked if we needed/wanted any sauce, the window was shut in my face, so therefore we couldnt even attempt to add flavor to the BLAND meat. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BEST BBQ IN BAY COUNTY....its definitely not this place anymore.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Tonight was my first outlaw experience and I so wish I could post pictures of this disgrace. The mac n cheese noodles are so overcooked they are twice the size they are supposed to be. I asked for a bun and still got garlic bread. The pork is bland.I went through drive thru and had my food shoved in my window and their window slammed shut in my face before I had the chance to ask for extra sauce and instead of seeing why I was waiting they stared at me w disgusted looks like GO AWAY!! So I will never go back.

We drove by this place a hundred times before my wife got the craving for some bbq. We lived right down the road and one day decided to try it. It looks like some weird Mc Donalds of bbq joints but once you walk in you will see a pleathera of trophies. This is family run and operated! We started going there so often they knew us by name. They were so friendly that when we were moving out of town, they even packed my wife a sandwich to take with her. These are very good people and this is very good food. Forget the tourist traps.

This is an average country BBQ place. Normally, that would warrant a 3 star rating, however I am woefully disappointed with what I just got served. I have lived here all my life and eaten here regularly since they opened almost a decade ago. What they are serving today is a shamefully low grade product by comparison. There should be no reason to run brisket through a deli slicer paper thin, it should already be falling apart! This place used to be great, now it is just another derelict restaurant on dying 23rd st.

Being a pitmaster myself, I was expecting more. The food was just ok. I had the brisket and my wife had the ribs. No smoke ring on any of the brisket (which tasted like roast beef and was shaved paper thin). The ribs were brown with no signs of smoke either. While eating we actually made a wager and had to go around back to see if the was a smoker on the property. Now that being said, the place was clean and the service was fantastic.

I cannot drive within 200 miles of Panama City without wanting to take a detour in order to go to Outlaws. Im in Panama City every year and every year I gain an extra 10-12lbs because Ill eat Outlaws BBQ everyday. Their smoked tuna is FANTASTIC. The peach cobbler will make you applaud just from your sense of sight and smell. Once you taste it; OMG! There are few places in this world that I enjoy spending money in and this is in the top three.

I eat here a couple times a month. I work right down the road and only get a half hour for lunch so Im always looking for good, quick food. Outlaws definitely fits the bill. Never takes me more than 10 minutes to get my food and the prices are decent. Is it the best BBQ Ive ever had? No, probably not, but it is good food from good people at a fair price. Ill give that four stars any time.

Went in for second try today. Hood must be on the way out very smoky inside. Not BBQ smoke fryer and oven smoke. Appears that this is yet another BBQ place w/o a pit. I ordered a pound each "pulled" pork and sliced brisket. When I got home pork was chopped not pulled. Pork was not great. Brisket was not bad. Not the best but not the worst. Potato salad and coleslaw were good.

The fried okra was great, followed by the baked beans. The macaroni and cheese was as lame as others have mentioned. The St Louis dry rub ribs were, well, dry and chewy, just reaching "edible". Oh, and "half" a rack? Not quite. I would have saved time and money buying spicy beef jerky from the qwikkie-mart. What a disappointment.
