This place is very expensive for the mediocre food, lack of customer service, and the menu is "all over the place" and what I mean by this is, there is absolutely no detailed information on any of the food they serve that is listed on the menu and you feel extremely rushed to hurry and order so your not holding up the customers behind you, in which lack of details on the menu run into tons of questions for the cashier which prolongs the process for you and everyone behind you waiting to place their order. Each item is an individual charge as in (1) cost for main course and if you want sides (which who doesnt?) Each side is an individual costs plus another additional cost for a drink(No combos offered at all). I ordered a "fine shredded" barbecue sandwich and I got "chunks" of barbecue with extra order of "chewy fat" with each bite until the 4th bite ruined it for me and I went and asked for a refund of $9.00 and some change just for this sandwich if I may add. When requesting the refund I was not asked "what the problem was?" Nor received any type of apology for inconvenience. The manager or shift leader, simply grabbed my plate, chunked it in the trash behind the counter and ask for my debit card to proceed with the refund. I will not do business here again! For the price, the quality of food and service are poor and no extra added value.

Went through the drive through because I had a 8 week old baby in the car. Its the best food to get from a drive through so I drove all the way from Rehobeth (40 min) just so I could get something for lunch and dinner without having to wake the baby. I ordered a large BBQ pork sandwich because I can make 2 meals out of it. I got all the way home and they gave me the small size not the large. It may not be a big deal to other people but now that means I have to either cook tonight, drag my newborn to another restaurant, or have my husband stop on the way home and kill an hour of his time... If your management would like to address it, my ticket says it was SYDNI L who served me.

By far the worst bar-b-que establishment I have ever eaten at. First the prices are ridiculous but I gave them the benefit of thought Im willing to pay for some good bar b que. I was charged 20 bucks for two ribs, some chopped up brisket( not slices) and two sides. The ribs were tough with no season. The little brisket that I did receive was dry, okra and Mac and cheese had no flavor. Most bar b que establishments allow you to put your own sauce on your meat if you wish but this place drowned the meat in sauce I guess trying to cover up the non season dry meat. Would never go back here I could smoke ribs in my backyard better than this place.

Its not only this place. I cannot find good bbq in Alabama. I have been here 40 of my 60 years. Larrys BBQ is decent when its sliced. My local gas station has good bbq but I think they get it from Shwanns. Why would someone chop up pork anyway? My search continues - not for the best but for ANY good bbq in Alabama. If I had a limb shredder to pre-chew it might rate one more star. And please stop pouring that ketchup/pickle sauce over the meat. If I want sauce I will eventually learn what is in the little tubs and do it myself. The guy that got a "huge amount" could have shared it with me and my skimpy plate.

The atmosphere is really nice (sports themed) and spacious. The service isnt great but, I suppose it depends on the time of day. What keeps us going back is the food. The "chicken baker" is awesome! Its a loaded, bbq potato and it is HUGE. My husband has a very "healthy appetite" & we are both completely satisfied with splitting it(me=1/3 & him=2/3). We share it every time and were both full for apx. $10.

Worst pie crust ever should have been 3.5-4 stars but the pie crust was the toughest and tasteless I have ever had. could barely cut it with the plastic knife and cant break it with the fork. the fillings were flavorful and also denser than any pie ever. pork and brisket were very good! fries and corn were average too much money for this quality and amount of food

Best BBQ in Dothan by quite a large margin. Great pulled pork and pretty good brisket. Nice, albeit small, beer selection, a ton of TVs for sports and you have to get an order of the Full Moon chocolate-dipped chocolate chip cookies. Great sweet tea too!

BBQ in a hurry. Got the pulled pork sandwich with fries. I got the chow chow sauce on the side because I dont care for regular slaw, and its basically spicy cole slaw. Pork was juicy and flavorful. Good stuff. Not exactly cheap but very yummy.

Yum! Everything I tasted here was delicious! Even the greens and the beans were full of flavor. Their special relish is good on everything. Service was very friendly. Its sort of cafeteria style so you can be as quick and casual as you like.

F*** this pie crust. I took the first bite 30 minutes ago and Im still chewing it. At least I now know what Bruce Wayne used to build his batsuit. Stay away from the pies. You might catch some radiation and turn into fricking Spider-Man.

The ribs were tough and salty.Full moon used to have great barbecue. The quality of their food has gone down tremendously! The barbecue was horrible. I had a slab of ribs windup throwing them away. They were nasty. I want eat there again!!!

We got the brisket, ribs, collards and potato salad. It was all terrible. The meats were dry and nasty. The brisket was a strange color and looked nasty. The potato salad was sweet and runny. I would not recommend this place.

Full Moon has decent barbeque, wings and turkey. Truthfully, it is ranked 3.5 in my book but it is not quite a 4. The big baker potato is great and their sauces are good as well. Good place for lunch and some dessert.

Food is ok but the problem is they cant seem to get my order right. Im going back yet again after Ive already been home to exchange my food. This is the 3rd time this happened. Honesty after this I wont be returning.

Service is usually fast and staff is always friendly. The BBQ Pork Nachos are a favorite that you can actually make a meal out of. Pay the extra and replace the pork with the beef brisket. You will thank me later.

Decent barbecue, but WAY overpriced. Why eat chain BBQ food when you could eat better local BBQ for cheaper? Ribs and pork were pretty good; brisket was dry. Sides were OK - either from a can or the freezer.

Food tasted like something Id take out of a can and feed to dogs. The pulled pork was dry and even smothered in bbq sauce didnt help. Very disappointed and will find else where to satisfy my bbq craving

The BBQ is good. They have a unique type of coleslaw that adds to a good burger. Three stars because I think the price is inflated. Equally good BBQ is available at other places for better prices.
