Absolutely awful from the beginning... upon being seated I noticed that there was shredded cheese on my seat. I told the hostess and she said she would get someone to clean it. When my waitress got to the table I told her... she came back to take our order and I had to mention it again before it was finally taken care of. I ordered water with lemon, which tasted funny (like Kalamazoo tap water). I also ordered two Long Island Iced Teas, mine had a black speck floating around in it, and the other drink had a bell pepper seed in it. I ordered 2 pounds of ribs... they came burnt to a crisp and tasted awful. When the manager finally made his way to my table to ask how everything tasted I proceeded to tell him, only for him to walk off mid-sentence. Absolutely the worse service and food Ive had at a restaurant in years. The table across from me also had a lot of issues with their food too. I will never come back and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I paid for my food and left the entire 2 pounds of ribs on the table to voice my dissatisfaction. I will also send an e-mail to their corporate HQ.

I have been a big fan of this establishment. I have recommended it to many people over Texas Roadhouse. I dont see me doing that ever again. The hostess was pleasant and our waitress was trying. Although she looked like she hadnt slept in days. Our bread was hard. We asked for another order and it wasnt much better. Our bucket of peanuts was soggy and stale, I swapped it out with the bucket from the table next to ours and they were no better. Our appetizer came. It was good. No complaints there at all. The salads on the other hand were horrible. Tasted like dirty non washed lettuce. We just kinda stirred them looking for something good from it. When the meals arrived, one ordered chicken strips. They were so over cooked and dry they went uneaten. I have been to this particular location many times. It has progressively gotten worse. With the decent appetizer (stuffed mushrooms) and the fact it was at 7pm on a Wednesday I did up my review to TWO stars however I have no intention of returning.

This TC has lost its charm. Atmosphere is showing its age and staff, while efficient, were not particularly friendly. Food was sub par across the board and portions seemed meager - not usually something Id knock but if youre going to put "Texas" in your name, people will expect larger everything. Their rolls used to be something to look forward too, but in this case we received enough at our table for about 2/3 of everyone to have one - and the cinnamon butter had been melted and re-cooled into a weird looking two-toned glob. Not that the bread experience makes or breaks a restaurant, just offering this as an example of what the rest of the meal entailed. Might have caught them on an off day, but it wasnt what I remembered.

Mothers Day suprise. Found a live bug in my salad after having eaten over half of it. Notified waiter who said that the manager would be over - but the manager never did come to our table. We were told that there would be an adjustment to our bill. A total of $2.00 was taken off of our over $40.00 bill for my small family of three. Have been at similar restraunts and have not had such a foul experience. In my opinon, I think my dinner should have at LEAST been free. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER AGAIN.

Where do I start. Cold food and warm beer. They were out of almost everything. What we did order they got mostly wrong. Credit card machine was broken so they had to use paper. Im fully expecting to have my card number stolen. When we got there at 8:00 they seemed seriously irritated that they had to take the chairs off of the table to accommodate our group of 7. The only reason their rating is as high as it is is because Google wont let you leave a zero.

As for bugs in the food, I did not experience any of that. I think that Jan should be embarrassed that she is complaining that she didnt get a free meal and that her bill was $40. For a family of three, hello! thats a good deal especially at a steak place. Im sure that the employees are happy she WILL NOT BE BACK. I had a great experience the staff was amazing and the food was a great portion for the price. Cannot wait to go back!

The staff was superb . All were very attentive. The food was lacking. I had steak and shrimp steak well done. My wife had steak and lobster steak medium rare. Both steak was very dry. I mean the steak sauce was soaking into them they was so dryandva medium rare steak should always be juicy. And the shrimp rather bland and plain. The staff are highly rated. But we did not go to meet nice people we went to get good food !

The soup was cold, and even after sending it back it was just barely warm. The waitress also didnt seem to really CARE that the food was cold. If it had just been bad food *or* bad service, I would have given it another try, but the combination of the two was enough for me to not go back. There are enough other steakhouses in town where the food is hot and the waitresses smile.

my server, a new girl named amanda, was amazing and knowledgeable. the food at this establishment threw me off on my experience. i asked for bbq chicken and recieved a lazy mix of misquote chicken with bbq sauce on top...cold. my server gave me extra bread to make it right and i can not stress her worth.

I wish I could rate zero stars but google wouldnt let me. If you like slow service ( went on lunch and 20 or less people in here) and your appetizer after you get your meal then this is your place. Had to go to the bar to get my own pop refills. As Charles Barkley would say.. Terrible

Asked for steak to be cooked medium,no blood. Steak came out beet red and blood. Sent back and my friend finished her meal. The steak came back ten minutes later, tough as shoe leather. My fresh made raspberry tea had no raspberry flavor at all. Not going back.

This is fairly decent steakhouse. They have many different options for steaks, ribs, and chops. Service is generally very good. Everything Ive ate there has tasted well. Overall a good place to go if youre looking for a good steak.

Service was great, but the Cajun seasoning was very thick on one side of the steak and overpowered the flavor of my Ribeye. The Italian seasoning on the vegetable sishkabob was also overpowering. If love strong seasoning enjoy.

That seems to be up and down depending on what server you get sometimes Im here the service is awesome other times its horrible so please dont despair most the time its pretty good and the food is always decent anyways

Hair in my food, NOT belonging to me, two seperare times, in a row. Everyone either seems rushed and rude or it takes 50 years to get service. I would say hate it, but Ill give them credit for good bread and butter
