The pulled pork was really rich and delicious! It was well cooked and had a nice full flavor. I especially liked the various types of BBQ sauce I could put on it. Dave "Las carnitas de cerdo a la BBQ estaban muy ricas y deliciosas. Estaban cocinadas a la perfecion con un sabor completo. Me gusto much la la variedad de salsas BBQ que uno le podia agreagar a su carne." The owner personally came out to set up the catering at our facility, and was a very nice and charismatic man. The food smelled delicious, and the taste was even better. The pulled pork was amazing alone, but even better when paired with the spicy BBQ sauce. The mac and cheese was decadent and the chocolate cherry cream cheese brownies were to die for. It is definitely a great place to get catering from. We had The Pit Stop for a parent event at the Cook Library Center and it was the best meeting ever! The parents loved the mouth watering barbecue, the homemade mac and cheese, and the decadent cherry dessert. The owner is proud and really wants to please his customers. A definite recommend! Sue

I work in the Cascade area and just had a catered lunch from Pit Stop, the food sucks. The chicken had minimal flavor & was dry. The mashed potatoes left much to be desired. The Cole slaw clearly came from GFS because the taste was sub-par & generic. The mac & cheese was full of Velveeta, so if you like the taste of fake, oily, cheese, then there you go. I passed on trying out the baked beans & sausage/pepper dishes because they didnt look appetizing at all. Very disappointed and will never try that place again. If I attend another meeting & Pit Stop caters, I will wait till after the meeting to eat. Also just heard Pit Stop is catering the annual picnic for the place I work at so needless to say, I wont be attending because I already expect the food to be a HUGE MISS. The Pit Stop needs to go back to the drawing board & revise their recipes. People, if you consider yourself to have a "developed" pallet of taste, then The Pit Stop will disappoint. As I close & publish this email, Im going to get something to eat.

My son and I just stopped in at Pit Stop Catering for the first time. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. I cant adequately put into words how good the food was. Fantastic, incredible, amazing all seem to fall short. It was without a doubt the best BBQ I have ever had! The brisket and pulled pork were incredibly flavorful, tender, and juicy. Their potato salad reminded me of my moms recipe god bless her, which I have not had in many years, and their corn cakes were incredible; like a cornbread cupcake. One of the most memorable meals Ive ever had in my 59 years.

Pit Stop BBQ...Highly Recommended! Matt and Susan served the food for my daughters graduation party, as well as my company holiday party. In both situations, the food was fab! An excellent selection of everything from salads to desserts. Everyone commented on how great the taste of the BBQ was and I think a few people scheduled events through Pit Stop for their own needs. For our office gathering, we had requested a few lower fat items and Matt worked that to perfection. Excellent catering, professional and awesome owners!! Would recommend to anyone!

Thank goodness I found The Pit Stop! After having a company back out 3 weeks before my wedding, I stumbled upon them. From the first moment I spoke with Matt I knew I was in good hands. Theyve got the process 100% figured out, have amazing food. Best of all they have "YES" attitudes!! They were so accommodating & willing to work with every one of our requests & needs. Cannot say enough great things about the entire experience from planning to execution. They were fantastic & the food is to die for!!! Thanks for helping make our special day SO perfect.

Food: 5+++ stars, Service: 4 stars (see below) Seating: Be ready to fight for a seat at one of the few picnic tables Food: This is a friggin outstanding barbeque spot. They dish out large servings of brisket, pulled pork, chicken and sausage. Ive taken several friends and coworkers here and weve all be raves how good EVERYTHING was. Highly recommend the Brisket Wraps. If your so luck, they occasionally have a smoked corned beef Reuben wrap. Oh..and plan to bring the kids home a 6 pack of their AMAZING corn bread muffins. They go nuts for them

We hired Pit Stop to do our Downtown Art Prize party last year. They did a phenomenal job. Matt and his wife came down early to set up (although i was told he has been slow cooking some of the meat for over 16 hours the night before). Once the event started we were blown away by how well the food went over. It is some of the best BBQ i have ever eaten, and as a surprise at midnight they grilled up some chili dogs in response to crowd demand. These guys are crowd pleasing professionals and a blast to work with.

So far I have had their brisket, pulled pork, chicken, sausage and smoked corn beef. I love the brisket the best. All the others were good but the corn beg was a bit too salty for me, the sausage just didnt go well to me as BBQ and the chicken and pulled pork could sometimes be a bit dry. All of the sides are amazing and their stew is yummy. I do wish they gave you more than one little container of BBQ sauce as I like wet BBQ. Overall, you cant go wrong picking this place for lunch or dinner.
