I used their online ordering to order a chicken tender sub. When I arrived home with it there was no chicken tenders. So, I called their deli and spoke to their manager who, as expected, offered to remake my sub at no cost again. It did take her the entire conversation to finally apologize to me for the mistake and then she offered nothing else for compensation for my extra now time, effort, and gas money for their mistake. At the very least of good customer service, I would expect them to offer a refund for my sub and remake it for free. I ended up calling the manager of the store afterwards feeling upset because now I cant eat before I go in for my shift, have to go back and forth to the grocery store, and waste my time/gas. It took me actually asking him if there was something more they could do for me since this mistake of theirs was causing me more of a headache then what it was worth. He finally, after what felt like pulling teeth, offered a $5 publix gift card to cover my gas costs. Overall terrible customer service, made me feel that I was inconveniencing them for their mistake, and I actually feel insulted that that was the best publix could do to make a situation right for a customer. Edit and follow up: my boyfriend just went to go pick up my new sub and they refused to give him the promised compensation gift card when he arrived... I expect more from publix...this is a one star review now. Edit: I went into Publix for the third time to just return my order for a full refund after all this. I spoke to the store manager Gary who definitely made things better for me and right for what I expected out of Publix.

I have never shopped @ a grocery store (or any store!) where every employee knew where every item was located, or close to the correct aisle. And in that case, they would walk you to the correct aisle, pick up the product & even ck the expire date b-4 handing it to you. As if that were not enough, they always ask b-4 retg to their "titled" job if you were able to find everything you needed. As the saying goes, to put the icing on the cake, most employees know the regulars - maybe not their names, but in a more important way. Many different baggers have asked me if I remembered to call the taxi. And many times when I was in the soda aisle, an employee would show up to help me, knowing that a bad car accident made it difficult for me to pick up heavy items. I know this is long but it is very important for anyone who has never shopped Publix b-4, to try it out at least once - its a rare & awesome experience to feel like you are the ONLY one in the store & all the employees are there just to ensure that your shopping experience was the best ever. One time shopping there - & Im a customer forever. Mary R.

The Higher Standard of Customer Service here is definitely a priority that is practiced daily among the staff, Ive yet to have had a bad experience at this particular location & i dont think i will either, always greeted upon entry, the associates and even management will stop what theyre doing walk you directly to the item that youre looking for if it really has to come to that, clearly theyre trained to be knowledgeable of the merchandise layout of the store, thats a lot better than pointing saying "over there" like other retailers would. - The only one thing i could say though is that there should be some type of tipping/tip out system implemented among the associates, Ive seen quite a few from various departments go out of their way to help & service someone, {they put up with a lot from some of the customers that Ive witnessed; like the ones that easily loose composure of themselves when they dont get what they want/etc}. So i think that type of superior service should be rewarded, starting off with that deli & bakery for all those Custom Sandwiches/Subs & Cakes!

I will never ever in my life order a prescription on this phamacy anymore, first told me to wait one hour for my childs medicine, then I checked online their closing time and I thought was at 10pm like the store, but nooo they closed at 9pm, I got there at 9:04 to pick up mi child prescription because hes got a virus and dont stop vomiting so I told the lady to please do an exception because I really needed the medication and she didnt even care, she just say sorry the cashier its close and I cant do more transactions, realIy is that how you care about peoples health, I am very disappointed. I wont recommend this pharmacy! Dont go there

My wife made an order from bakery on Wed. 4/1 for Sat. 4/4 10:00 am. She even stopped by on Fri. 4/3 while shopping to check on order for Sat. was told no problem. She was called Sat. 4/4 at 9:00 am 1 hour before pick that they did not have the lemon she ordered but had blueberry. Just moved to this side of town and Im sad that for the first time in my life I dont want to shop at a Publix.

The staff are always helpful, positive and non-robotic. Lines are a little long for subs during peak hours, but call ahead and no problem. Publixs are always clean, but this one is SUPER clean all the time. People are so great here that even the customers are happy and friendly. Great environment, great price, great food!

This used to be my go to pharmacy. Then the last 3 months they have been out of my prescriptions, and offer no help as to when or how I can fill them. These are medications that I need to take daily and cannot run out of. The staff used to be friendly and helpful, now they could care less. Thanks for nothing.

Sean and David went above and beyond today when we couldnt find a discontinued wine that we love. After finding the last bottle in the store for us, Sean made sure to take the wine off their discontinued list so that they will have at least 2-3 bottles in stock just for us. Outstanding customer support!

As usual, my experience with a return was handled with prompt and very courteous attention. The product simply did not meet my standards. The Publix employee who completed the transaction did so without the slightest hesitation....simply excellent service which is why I continue to shop there.

full-sized Publix, a pleasure to shop. They have a good selection of ethnic food items, beside Asian and Hispanic, they have German (such as Dusseldorfer mustard, celery salad, sauerkraut, bounty) and Mediterranean (such as large pearl couscous, Turkish delight, wine leaves)
