I would give a negative rating but unable to do so. We came for brunch around 11 am on a recent Sunday. It was crowded, but no wait. We ordered mac and cheese for the kid (yes, I know its usually kraft and much cheaper at home). Needless to say, it came out looking like they reheated it twice and sent it out to us. But it wasnt even warm. My kid is better than that and we sent it back without wanting a replacement. My husband and I ordered the sausage biscuit meal and fried chicken biscuit meal. It came with eggs, bacon and I had the hash browns. He opted for the tots. Anyway, the biscuits were a chewy, rubbery mess. I had a hard time even using a serrated knife to cut them. The potatoes tasted and looked as if they sat on the grill for hours. The sausage patties looked the same as above. We sent most of our meals back (like more than 50%, we tried to power through it). We do not ever complain at restaurants and are very generous with our tips. We did, however, complain this time and we were compensated. And it truly wasnt about the money, it was to let them know what was coming out of their kitchen. And yes, we tipped our waitress based on the original bill. We will go where I originally planned next time...Bob Evans.

Went after lunch hours..not busy at all..table we were seated at our of all the empty ones was filthy..so were the menus :( menu and meal options do not have a lot of wiggle room. If you want a while meal i.e. sandwich, veg, side you and up paying about $13.00 on average per person..some items they allow you to substitute like onions for fries but you cannot order onions a la carte?! Wait time for ordering and food was long even during their slowest part of the day.

Our attendant was rude slow and came to our table once I had to go to the front and ask for my drinks to be refilled appetizers came 2 minutes before the mains and could not comprehend that we had a coupon it took her 3 times to get bill right but the food was good.
