Aqui venden la mejor comida de Orlando. Siempre compro mi desayuno con el mejor cafe. Aveces puedes encontrar lleno pero atienden rapido. Puedes llamar a pedir tu orden. La combinacion de los almuerzos es amplia: Carne guisada, pollo guisado, bistec encebollado, pernil asado, carne frita, chuleta frita, pechuga a la plancha(mi favorita), pechuga apanada, filete de pescado empanado, y esto lo acompañanan siempre con arroz blanco, arroz congri, o arroz con gandules, mas habichuelas, tostones o maduros. Ni hablar del sancocho, mondongo, y la sopa de pollo (exquisitas) Y para un dia como el de hoy ricos jugos naturales. El horario es de Lunes a Viernes de 7am-7pm y los Sabados desde las 7am hasta las 5pm. EL UNICO DIA QUE NO ESTA ABIERTO ES EL DOMINGO!!!!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The lady who took our order apparently thought it was a convenient time to pick songs and blast music as we were talking to her. Not even a simple gracias for making the decision to go there. Normally I understand when people are being stressed in rush hours but this was just unnecessary bad customer service. Even the food itself was not outstanding. My advice is to go to other better and more delicious places in Orlando.

Money can be better spent someplace else Pkace is tok small, crowed sometimes, and personnel are disorganized, Food average but price above average,,,, lazy, and cold to customers. Second time i went there was today giving it a new chance. I felt invisible. None wanted take my order ( ehich means them losing money today and forever ). Attended by puertoricans abd frequented by puertoricans .No sense of knowledge in proper "vouce of customer " concept.

Employee wasnt very friendly maybe she had a bad day. Even if this was true dont bring it to your work place. Placed a order for Rice Beans the girl said we dont cook on sundays.. Really so we ordered a Cuban Sandwich isnt that cooking as well. The Pernil was dry and the sandwich didnt have a wow factor. Will never return. If you dont cook on Sundays then give the restaurant a day off. F -

Very unprofessional!!!! I order my food over the phone. When I came in to pay the lady was on her cell phone the whole time. I waited for 20 minutes or more for my order. If the lady on the phone was paid more attention she wouldve seen that my order was done. Very unprofessional!!!!! Need to work on customer service.

The best Latin food I have ever had in Orlando. I feel like Im back home when Im eating her. The sandwiches are to die for. Def a BANG for your buck. I had my food cater from here and everyone loved it. Check it out for yourself... You wont be disappointed.

Nice find! This place is no longer a "hush hush" place. Great sandwiches - the Sandwich Boricua and Tripleta are awesome! The chicken and beef stews are great and plentiful. You wont leave this place hungry! Highly recommended for lunch!!!

Horrible costumer service. Cashier made me wait to order just to check on her phone. Waited a long time for just a small oatmeal and it wasnt even to edible standards, very pricey compared to other places around area. Wont be going back

Great Food and Friendly Service. What else can I ask for? Oh yeah, a very good price. I stayed in Orlando for 3 days and having lunch at this place was so good. Whenever I go back to Orlando Ill definitely pay them a visit.
