Dear Owner- this is yet ANOTHER review letting you know the service is terrible. S o many mention this, and yet the service continues to be bad. How long does it take to make an improvement? No one was in the restaurant to greet us or tell us if we should sit and order or place orders at the counter. Our table was dirty, server could not answer menu questions. She acted as if I were stupid to have questions at all. You were out of several things stated on the menu even as specials on Saturday (when we were in). No drinks were brought with our food and the server never came back after bringing the food. She would continually disappear to the back leaving no one at the counter. When she came to clear plates, our drinks appeared??!! AFTER we eat; is this customary? She did not even apologize for forgetting them as if this was normal. It was not crowded by the way. We were the only table being served when our food came. The food was pretty dry and lacking in any spiciness as many others have noted. I will never understand why you cannot hear the same complaints and not make changes. We will not be back either.

Typically when you walk into a restaurant and there is no one in there, thats a bad sign. Well, this was mostly the case here. I decided to come for lunch today, a Thursday, and there was literally no one in there, not even a person behind the counter. After calling back a few times, someone cane to the front. It seemed like someone had just peed in her Cheerios. She was just so blah and monotone. I asked several questions about the food, but it seemed like she couldnt UK understand what I was saying. Long story short, I wound up ordering the fried goat with black beans and rice. After about 20 minutes, the food arrived. Not really sure if it was fresh as everything was pretty dry, but flavorful. The portion was big, but I just cant justify the price and experience. I dont think Ill be back.

The food is excellent... Best food in town, fresh always with amazing flavors. But unfortunately the Service is beyond terrible... Last time I was there we waited over 20 minutes to get a server to say hi and at least give us water. We waited another 10 minutes we had to call the restaurant to tell them to send a server to the table. We ended up having to leave because no one ever came to the table and take our order. I go with my Haitian friends and they are ashamed of the service the place provides. Its sad because Im not Haitian and I really love their culture and flavors but the staff hardly speaks English and it makes it hard for others to order food.

Love trying to find some good Haitian food that could be as good as my moms. While I know thatll never happen, I still gotta get my fix. Stumbled across this place accidentally and decided to give it a try. While I have had better Haitian food at other places, this is by far one of the more nicer Haitian restaurants Ive seen in Orlando. Also, the service was very good and professional. While their rice was really good, I only found the griot to be just ok. Still, I would Def go back and try a few other entrees.

Food was Horrible, the first time I went there was also my last time Ill never forget that Sunday afternoon when I ordered 3 plate to go and when I get home I realized that all of them was burned food, I was very upset and disappointed thats why Ill never refer someone to this place. I wish I could give them less than 1 star :-(

I had a pot luck at work. We were doing cultural dishes. I am Haitian and I know that our dish is really tasty. I purchased a serving of legume and dri kole, and my coworkers enjoyed. The dish was finished as soon as I placed it down. The service there was excellent. I definitely would recommend Kafe Kreyol.

Very poor customers service skill theres not one time i go there i didnt have a problem with the servers they rude dont know how to talk to people, yes the food is very good and the restaurant is clean n nice but the severs make me dont wanna come back. Talk to your servers PLEASE

The red velvet cake slice was amazing. However, it was a little too sweet for me. Even though Ive lived on this side of town for a long time, Ive never visited this store till recently. Maybe Im not into the ingredients but I didnt really enjoy the taste of the cookies.

The last time I went to eat with my family, the waiting time was quite long. However we waited because the food is excellent. At the time of check out, the proprietors son apologized and gave us a discount for the wait. Greatly appreciated!!!

Fantastic restaurant. The patties are wonderful. The right blend of meat and spices in the each patty make every bite amazing. Get a plate of griyo and a bottle of AK100 and you will be set for the day. I highly recommend this place.
