As a former employee of this location, I beg you not to consume anything from here. I was compelled to write this review due to the simple fact that this place is disgusting. It is beyond dirty, inside and out, it violates so many health codes on a day-to-day basis, and it has probably some of the worst management I have ever seen in my life. (Nothing against them as people) so everything is extremely disorganized, just to name a few things. Let me start off by saying this job has not fired me, nor done anything wrong for me to talk down on it. I am honestly writing a review to express with everyone how filthy and disgusting this place is. Lets begin with the wonderful Krystal burger. I have witnessed not just one, but many MANY workers get burgers from off the grill to serve to the public with the exact same spatula that they flipped raw burgers with. The cheese and condiments are not refrigetated, nor are they discarded when they start to go bad. The "chiks" are also made with un refrigerated condiments... basically everything is. I dont even trust the shakes, because the milkshake spindle (the thing used to "hand-spin" the milkshakes) is NEVER clean. Its always got shake residue from the previous shake, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, now its getting dipped into yours and mixed around. The koolaid slushes and caramel mocha frosts also are prepaired in unwashed equipment. I wouldnt even order a drink, employees put their whole entire arm in the ice bucket to fix the drink instead of using the ice scooper. Last but not least, the horrible things I have witnessed working here. I have witnessed people handle food without gloves and also this one time a girl picked up a piece of food off the floor like nothing happened and served it. The store is extremely understaffed at night, please stay far away. I watched employees handle raw meat and then without having a chance to wash their hands, go handle cash and pass out food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope corporate sees this review and steps in for the health and well being of our community.

THE WORST PLACE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... AS I PURCHASED A 5 MIX FOR 5 LAST NIGHT @ THIS FRANCHISE ON EAST COLONIAL. I WAITED ON MY ORDER FOR ABOUT 30 MINS. NO ONE CAME OUT SO I THEN WENT INTO THE STORE AND ASKED WHAT IS THE UPDATE. SAYING HELLO, HELLO FOR THE LONGEST I CAN RECALL. OF COURSE THEY WERE SHORT STAFF IN WHICH I COULD HAVE SEEN. SOMEONE THEN DECIDED TO COME SPEAK TO ME AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IM AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER THAT SPENT THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. I REPLIED TO THE EMPLOYEE "WHATS THE UPDATE ON MY FOOD". HE THEN YELLED BACK AND SAID "IM COOKING IT. HE WAS VERY SLIM AND ABOUT 6FT. HE THEN LEFT TO SPEAK TO THE "TEAM LEADER" AND WHISPERED SOMETHING ABOUT STRANGLING / WHATEVER I COULD POSSIBLY MAKE OUT IN WHICH HE WAS SAYING TO THE BACK AND NOT TO MY FACE. I REPLIED BACK "WHERES THE MANAGER" I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE OF HIS RUDE A** REMARK (STILL NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID). ABOUT 5 MINS HAS PASSED ONCE AGAIN "THE SHIFT LEADER" THEN DECIDES TO SHOW HIS FACE NOT GIVING ME AN APOLOGY KNOWING HIS STAFF WAS RUDE AND SAID "HE WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT MY ORDER" IN WHICH HE DIDNT ASK IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE YELLED "IM MAKING IT NOW" IN A RUDE TONE. I LOOKED AROUND FIGURING OUT WHO THE"HELL ARE YOU SHOUTING AT" I CONCLUDE BY SAYING THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE GIVING THIS COMPANY A FAIR CHANCE BECAUSE I HEARD SOME GOOD STUFF MAINLY BAD ABOUT IT BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE UNTIL IM ON THIS EARTH I WOULD NEVER BUY!! BUY!! FROM THIS SAME ONE ON THE LOCATION AND I DONT WANT TO HEAR HOW YOU CAN RESOLVE IT BUT DEAL WITH THOSE UNGRATEFUL EMPLOYEES YOU HAVING WORKING FOR YOUR SINCERE COMPANY!!! THE SHIFT LEADER & THE TALL GUY WHO WORKED YESTERDAY @ 10:30PM. WORST DAMN SERVICE!!!

First experience eating at Krystal Ive never had it before and it was the absolute worst experience. At the drive the through the cashier got very upset because she said she couldnt here me then switched out to another person who had to redo my order. The guy who took it just said pull forward without repeating the order or telling me the price. When I get to the upset female cashier was there and speaks extremely improper saying "you ordered the sausage bowl" I said yes she charged me and I waited for a few minutes.. She comes back to the window and says very improperly "you ordered French toast sticks? " I said yes, she says "I didnt charge you for that then when she took my car made me pull to the side before I got my card back(I was the only person even at the drive through the whole time) , which I waited even longer. When she came outside finally to hand me the food she says"here you go " while walking up then just walks back inside quickly before I got the chance to check my bag. Never once did I receive a smile, greeting, or have a nice day the entire encounter. Never once did the cashier use whole words. By the time I ate my food it wasnt even enjoyable because if how rude thready was to me. I remained nice at the time and just went home once I got the food. Now that Im home Im still upset about it and wish I would have said something. That was my first and last time ever eating Krystal.

This has to be the worst fast food place I have ever eaten at. The food is never hot and the buns are all so soggy with grease. I am not playing up and exaggerating anything here. I have never had fast food more disgusting than from this particular store ever anywhere in my entire life. I could only stomach half of it and after a couple hours I had to expel it from my body as if my own body knew there was nothing good in it for it. If it was just a one-off occurrence, I could understand; but I have gone here twice at different times of the day and week and it was the same way. I dont understand how this place is still open.

Im pregnant, got a bad craving for Krystals, drove all the way out there (20 minutes to the nearest one), only to find that they closed half an hour early... Lights were still on in the back, and there were still 2 or 3 cars in the lot, so I called. After ringing forever, an employee finally answers just saying, "Hello?" When I asked why they were closed, he said, "something happened, so we had to close early..." and thats it. Now Im a pretty understanding person, but Im also pregnant and hungry, and all I can say is this is pretty crummy customer service. Thanks for the disappointment.

This must be the worst Krystal I have ever visited. They constantly get our orders wrong. Today instead of giving out the whole order they only gave us half of it. I had already gone and finished my meal while my husband was still waiting on his food. He finally got fed up and asked for a refund. The manager also decided to yell at his cashier in front of customers. Which I disliked. I felt it was very disrespectful.
