Like most wholesale clubs, Bjs has an onsite "consultant" for Home Improvement projects. I was approached by the super friendly fella and thought what the heck; it cant hurt to ask. We have been thinking about a few improvements so lets see what the cost is and get the information at the benefit of my club membership. First of all, if any company tells you they HAVE to come out within 3 days, stay away from them. I have personal experience with this business tactic and I feel it will turn out for the worst! I scheduled an appointment for the next week although it was not within their 3 day restriction, they still said they would have someone out. The following week, I had someone from their office call to confirm the apt and said of course, I will be here. This is when the next red flag was raised when she said I must have all home owners present for the quote. Again, from experience, I felt this was only to rush us into a decision. Informed her that I wanted the information/literature and the price and see no reason all home owners must be present. I then told her that I wanted to get information & prices from multiple companies, compare them all an make an informed decision. She gave me a weak excuse that this was because the first consultation was free and all needed to be present and I insisted that not all homeowners would be available and if this was a problem, my family and her company need to part ways. Ironically, she canceled the appointment and I feel like I may have dodged a shady company with these business tactics. I would just like others out there to know that when a company gives you such little time to make a decision, then they must not be able to stand behind what they are selling. I am disappointed in BJs since they are working with a company such as this. I just hope someone does not get burned by this "home improvement" partner company.

I never had BJs until I moved to Orlando, but jeez I love it. Its bulk items, but not too bulky, if that makes sense. Like, its a manageable amount of stuff that you dont need to go buy a deep freeze in order to store it. Another wonderful thing about BJs is that on a monthly basis, it will just throw coupons at you for tons and tons of products, AND they accept manufacturers coupons. The only gripe I have with BJs is that the savings are so good with your coupons, it makes you feel like you cant buy an item if there is no coupon that week or month or however long it takes for them to produce new ones. Thats a small gripe, but a gripe nonetheless. As for this location specifically, theres nothing wrong with it. Its a little out of the way from the major UCF area, but its not too far. I like it.

The only great thing about BJs is that it is convenient for those of us living in Waterford Lakes, Eastwood, etc. Beyond that, it is not stellar. I wish there were a Costco store closer, but driving all the way over to University is a haul unless I already have other business over that way. The BJs store was built some time ago and compared to Costco and Sams it is very small with not near the selection of other wholesale clubs. We did a one-day trial at Costco and I was shocked at the size of the store in comparison. You could put three BJs stores inside the Costco. Also, there is not a gas station at this BJs. I have bought all my tires at BJs over the past 10+ years and they offer good value and service there, especially when you use one of their handy coupons.

I have the membership since 2009; we had loved from the beginning. My and I decided to get the rewards card; started last year 2013 in Nov. Since then I have had non stop problems since Jan of this year to the present time; due to a stupid little money saving book; the coupon book that they mail to you in a monthly basis. If anyone decides to upgrade from their basic to the rewards dont expect the book to come; you will get a headache and stress. The so called call center for customer service that they have is a laugh; they had lied to me more then three times advising that everything will be taking care of and I will be getting my book normally; nothing has happen. Im so disappointed with BJS Im thinking twice to see if I will renew or not this Nov.

Pretty good selection and prices. You need to know your prices to get deals here just like their brethren wholesalers. However, 5 dozen eggs for less than 4.50 and 1.69 a pound boneless skinless are some of the common deals I get. Not to mention fat free milk for less than 2.50. Only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because of the size of this club the selection is just slightly limited and no fast food options. They are introducing a dunkin donuts soon though. If they introduced a checkout through your phone app like another competitor I would be in heaven.

The deli sucks! There is always a 30 minute wait. The prices are good and the employees are very nice, but when I PAY yearly for membership they should step it up and get more people there so they can give better service!! Wish there was a Costco closer!

Tire dept needs to improve customer service , waited more than 3 hours after been told it would take 1 , only one employee having to run to fill propane gas tanks in between installing my tires . Horrible experience , never again will buy tires from BJs

Lots of bulk items and decent prices. The variety of certain things is lacking but overall a great place for shopping in bulk. I find that its cheaper than the other big box stores.
