The food was terrible and we watched a group of elderly women sit with their hands up for close to 15 minutes before anyone bothered to address them. A busboy looked right at them and simply turned and walked away. The food came out within 5 minutes, which makes a lot of sense since everything we ordered lacked any semblance of flavor, which really makes you believe the meats are all prepared far in advance and just added to dishes. My girlfriends food was drowned in Verde sauce that completely overpowered chicken enchiladas that on their own lacked flavor and moisture. I tried it after she pushed her plate away and was just appalled at how terrible the whole experience was. The only thing they had going for them was the salsa. We then waited for our check while 3 servers sat at a table in plain sight.

I went to Garibaldis on Semoran blvd. At the suggestion of a friend. We were seated immediately and given our menu and chips and salsa. Almost 10 minutes passed before they came and took our drink order.then another 5 minutes after bringing our drinks to take our food order. My friend ordered a chimichanga and i ordered steak fajita.My fajita arrived first followed by my condiments and tortilla shells amd my friends food close to 10 minutes after my fajita was placed on the table. The server came to the table to check on us and I asked her for a drink refill . Before i could finish my request she walked away to another table. It took almost 10 minutes to get a drink refill. The food was really good but horrible service. I dont suggest this restaurant unless yoi have all time in the world

This place has good food its just that service sucks bad. My wife and I has given this location more than one try and everytime it never fails. All the waiters and waitresses all just stare at you upon entry, no one says anything. After several minutes we finally sit down and the waitress was being so rude that we had that we felt uncomfortable the whole time! I dont say this often but I feel this particular location to be quite racist. If you want a good location for this restaurant checkout the one by the Florida Mall, the service is great and they treat you with respect from the time you enter. We travel the extra miles for the better service. Cheers

After hearing such amazing reviews about Garibaldis restaurant I decided to try it hoping to find a new spot to eat. However, once I picked up my order and got home I found that only 1 thing out of the 5 piece order was correct. As I tried to call and, hopefully, get some quality customer service to help the situation- I RECEIVED NONE. They were horrible, kept passing off the phone, refused to help us in ANY way, screaming over me, and TELLING ME what I ordered and what was in the bag when it clearly wasnt. I was very angry at the management and customer service that it ruined my over all experience and will never return.

This restaurant used to be good but the service is absolutely horrendous now. Last time we were here we had to walk out after waiting 1 hr without anyone asking for our food order. If you can get served, the food is great, but honestly we will not be coming back here for the bad service we have received this time and the time before. The "manager" Saul treated us terribly and didnt apologize at all for our experience here. It should be noted that it was a Wednesday night and not even a full restaurant where we were kept waiting without so much as a "well be right with you". Dont bother with this place.

We are sat in a booth by a young man and given menus. We sit wait, 10 minutes later all other new guests come and are given chios, salsa and drinks. We sit try to flag a server down to no avail. Now 15 minutes later I get up and personally get the same waiter. All he says its sorry Im sorry with an attitude. We ask to speak to a manager or owner and are met with confused faces. I ask in Spanish and im told shes on break (manager). That shes all they have in charge she would not go get her . This all at 7:45pm... Needless, to say we left very irate and no good service at all!!!

This place has the best Mexican food Ive found in Orlando. I am a Texas transplant and have very high standards for Mexican food, and this place hits the spot. I will say, its not fancy, and there is no bar (which sucks), but the food is good, fast, and cheap. My only other complaint was that I wasnt crazy about the big line of sour cream strewn across my enchiladas. They should use real sour cream, but that isnt a deal breaker for me. My husband and I ate very well, had an appetizer and 2 beers for $30, you cant beat that!

At the old location, I would have giving it 4 stars (Great food and service, but the inside was a bit icky... so we would only go when the weather was nice enough to sit outside). The new location (right next door) is a huge improvement, and its seems they finally have enough room to accommodate the big crowds they draw. The service remains very good, and the food is the best Mexican in Orlando, whether you want Tex-Mex or Authentic. Still a bit loud in there, but not enough to deter. One of my favorite restaurants.

Beautifully decorated Mexican restaurant food is OK but does not have an authentic Mexican flavor staff. Is very friendly and courteous place is very clean and extremely expensive for Mexican food Orlando does not seem to have authentic Mexican food the plate so hot they tell you to be careful the delicious sauces cooked into the dishes the melted mixed Mexican cheese melted all across your food and down onto the plate the perfectly seasoned beans with melted cheese atop I truly miss restaurants of bygone days

My husband and I are visiting Orlando and wanted Mexican food. Came across this restaurant on google and decided to give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!! The sangria and food were amazing. I had a chicken taco salad and it was loaded with chicken. Very flavorful! Hubby had the Texas fajitas and he loved them. The service was amazing as well. Our server was on top of everything, making sure we had salsa, chips and refills. We are going back before we leave and will visit every time we come to Orlando!!!

Fantastic Mexican food here I came here to celebrate the leaving of my cousin after he graduated college and the service here was phenomenal they had a mariachi band that came to sing to us every now and then and of course we should give good tips for them but what was amazing about it was that we can name any song and they could play it for us and just to give you an example we asked him to play all about that base and they brought it great place lots of fun and definitely recommend.

Delicious, some of the best Mexican food I have eaten and a nice, clean location with a full bar. I walked in and ordered a meal to go and it was ready in minutes which was much faster than expected. When we sampled the enchiladas in the car we decided to go back and order more since they were excellent. The to-go order included chips and salsa which was a nice touch. Prices are average but the quality is high and the decor was even a little upscale. Nice Place!
