This is truly an ABSOLUTE "Hidden" Treasure!!!! My boyfriend and I went there to eat tonight. When I first walked in, I noticed it was very clean, eye appealing, and the mood was extremely relaxed. Perfect after a rough long day. The very next thing I noticed was a smiling face greeting me asking how many were in our party. We also had our 5 month old in a car seat. So she jokingly said "two and a half?". She brought us to our seats and thats when I got a little worried because we were the only ones in the entire restraunt and maybe thats why they are being overly nice...... and before we could sit the bartender and/or manager brought over a high chair and offered different ways to make us all comfortable. The hostess ends up being our server and as she is taking our drink order (by the way they have great specials on drinks and happy hour)the bartender/owner brought chips and salsa to the table in such a timely manner we didnt have a chance to ask. Not only that but she even brought out her favorite sauce for us to try for fun and it was delicious. Perfect. We then looked at the alcohol menu and she was so helpful and even bent the rules for us with absolutely no hesitation. Perfect. I ordered the chicken queso dias with chicken, peppers, onions and cheese and it came with rice, refried beans, lettuce, Pico Salsa and sour cream. My boyfriend got chicken and steak fajitas with peppers and onions $9.99 portion and his also came with rice, refried beans, lettuce, Pico Salsa and sour cream. I will say that the food did take a pretty long time to come out. However, it was well worth the wait. Absolutely the best Mexican food Ive had. Huge dishes and portions. however, I think they could have been a little more generous with the rice and the beans and it would have been perfect. The food was hot, it tasted so fresh. More people started coming in but I thought to myself "why is this place not packed?!?".....and then I thought "do I really want the word to get out because then it will be a wait trying to eat here". I think once you try this place, you will be as blown away as we were and get more people to support this business and help it grow.

After dining here on several occasions and having good food last night they wee way off. My chili rellenos were obviously frozen then microwaved. It was disappointing as I know Ive has fresh ones. I will not go back. I can order a taco anywhere and my once delicious chili rellenos were desecrated.I do not even use a microwave at home. Disgusting. The waitress had us sharing silverware and drinks and was less than attentive.. Sorry folks..this is a good way to go out of business like ask the others before you in that location.

Please never let the bartender leave! He literally makes the ONLY margarita I actually like at a restaurant. And the ceviche served on those crispy corn tortillas with that avocado sauce - dont get me started! This is a gem in Longwood. Must still be a well-kept secret because it hasnt been very busy but if you havent been here yet, youre missing out. My only suggestion is that the lighting is a little weird in the evening. Cant explain it. But lights surely wont stop me from coming for bomb ritas and grub!

I had to dine here twice to review this hella good place to dine for descent foods and prices. Few items where ok iced tea both times tasted old, but not a deal braker just dont order it. Margaritas where on point! Mariachi band was good thanks for my country song knowing im a english speaker they compensated for us it was awesome. Service was good all got decent tips for my enjoyment. GEM Alert! Yes the reviews reflect this comment well. Ill be back soon cant wait to try 99 cent taco night!

Food was DELICIOUS! You have to get the queso dip for the chips, it has just the perfect amount of bite to it. I got the enchiladas and my boyfriend got the quesadilla which were both generous portions. The Mexican rice here is unlike any other Mexican restaurant around, its authentic and reminds me of my grandmas cooking when I was younger. The place is very big inside, very clean and the staff is super friendly and the service was great all around! Do yourself a favor and eat here!!!

What a wonderful surprise. Stopped with my girlfriend for a quick dinner date, the second we walked in we were greeted by the welcoming staff. We were seated and served our drinks within minutes, the margaritas were the best I have had in years. There is plenty of space and Tvs for all guest to enjoy. Cherry on top was the amazing food and "special" rookies sauce! I will most definitely be back.

The food is mediocre. The chips were stale and over salted. The salsa flavorless. The queso tasted like ranch water. I got the chicken burrito. It was ok, not great but not terrible either. Kinda generic. Portion size was good. The atmosphere is nice, typical Mexican cantina. Clean and spacious. The staff is nice and accommodating. A bit on the expensive side.

My husband and I loved it here, the food is good, well-seasoned, and plentiful. Chips were hot - its the little things! They had a little band trio that played & serenaded everyone, it was lovely! We had a waitress who had just started, Rina, & she did a fantastic job & was so kind! Everyone there was great, and we will DEFINITELY be back.

This was my first time at this restaurant and will NOT be the last!!! I went with my entire family and we absolutely loved the food! It was fresh, plenty and not costly at all. Our server was Carmen and she was excellent just like the rest of the staff. I will make sure I let my friends know about this wonderdul spot!

I wanted to like it and was so glad to see something nice go into the area. It wasnt horrible, but the service was not good for and the food wasnt anything Id boast about-- bland for me. I felt pretty mislead by the reviews here. Im glad others seem to have had a great experience. Maybe it was an off night.

Just stumbled upon this place, but we will go back. Delicious margaritas, food was yummy and plentiful. Waitress very attentive and helpful. Place was pretty empty but it is very large so that made it look more empty. I actually like that because I dont feel like I am sitting on top of other diners.

Had the Big Burrito and the Quique Burrito. Food was completely wonderful. Try the spicy white sauce with the chips. Its delicious. Service was great, very clean inside and good location at 434/17-92. The margaritas are also awesome. Had the house and the peach and both were perfect. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this place. I had missed la fiesta, but very impressed with dinners, service was fast. Mole(a) was great, beans and steak quesadilla were tops, bartender knows his drinks. They have homemade hot sauces they serve with chips and salsa that are great. Rookies fajitas were great too.

About as good as youre gonna get! The Chicken Mole was outstanding, best Ive ever had! Im Coming back! Dont let the outside fool you, this is the real deal!!! UPDATE: Went back a week later and had the Caballo Loco....same result...OUTSTANDING! This is authentic Mexican food at its best!!!
