Id suggest going elsewhere. Patty melt was average - nothing special. Slaw and sweet potato fries were disappointing though. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Id rather get a melt at Steak and Shake rather than here. Service was terrible though!! I think her name was Amayah or Ahmyra, something like that. She took 10 minutes to greet us at our table, never checked in after we got food and then we had to get her to let her know we needed refills. When we were done we had to ask her to take our plates (we even had our plates stacked with napkins on top pushed toward the edge of the table). The servers also loudly had a discussion (verging on argument) in the middle of the floor about which person got to leave - not appropriate at all!! Take those conversations off the floor!

If I knew I had to finish cooking the food when I got home, I would have just gone to Giant Eagle and paid 1/3 the price. It didnt just need reheating, it needed cooking. Also, there was an awful lot of bone in my burger. I havent bit into a gritty hamburger since High School, and even those werent so bad. My wife had an equally unappetizing meal. Other reviews seem to be positive, so Im guessing theyll only serve you correctly if theres a good chance youll stay to complain then leave without tipping.

The workers are extremely shady- still waiting for my food, sure it will be good though. It was okay. Dont get me wrong the food is delicious! But some workers are full of lies. Shame on them. they drove a group of customers out. I just got my food its really good. lied about closing time so they wouldnt have to serve customers and gave us Styrofoam cups so they wouldnt have to do dishes #chill with that

We loves the atmosphere, the staff and the food! All around great experience. Shelly and Pam are awesome, the M&M (mushrooms and Muenster cheese) omelette was perfectly cooked and the mushrooms were fresh! We split the ciabatta toast hash browns and fruit bowl. Portions were very generous and the fruit was fresh and sweet. Well definitely return!

Great restaurant in a very cool and unique space. There is plenty of parking out back. It can get pretty crowded so you might want to make a reservation or be sure to get there with plenty of time to spare. Its family friendly, due to the noise level (its a fun, bustling atmosphere) so you can bring the kids. Highly recommended!

Beautiful historic diner in downtown Chagrin Falls. Our company has sponsored-breakfasts here on Fridays for employees, and this location offers nice group seating secluded in the back. The food is delicious and service is quite nice. Freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch that brings back memories of younger years.

The place serves reliable food, quickly. But its getting dirtier and dirtier. Food squashed on the floor. Not good. And its everywhere, especially where they fill drinks. How does one drop a ton of whip cream on the floor and walk away. Needs a good cleaning!!!

I usually love it there, but I dont know what has been going on lately. my food was ready and waiting to be brought to my table for 20 minutes. by the time my food got to my table the appetizer was cold and my meal was cold. Very disappointed in them.

My family found the food quality and service to be poor at this restaurant. I have been going there on occasion for years and honestly was extremely disappointed in the decline in the place. The staff was extremely friendly though.

Congested, but I love the atmosphere and the small diner character it has. The food is kinda "meh" to be honest. The BLT I wouldnt recommend at all to anyone, but I love to go for the spicy omelet and a cinnamon vanilla milk shake.

A refreshing change in restaurant eating. Late afternoon dining and the menu was delightful. Servings were huge, we took food with us. Camile, our waitress was friendly, pleasant and fun. Highly recommend you check it out!
