I love Chick-fil-A. The food is always good and the people who work there are always friendly. I like how if you decide to eat inside, they will come up to you and ask you if everything is good or if you need anything. The place always seems to be pretty clean too. They also have a small play room for kids if you may have any. The only thing is that many people enjoy chick-fil-a and the drive through can get real crazy at times but they do a well job of managing it. I will definitely keep come here.

I love chick fli a customer service is always great but not very generous with there sauces that they keep behind the counters such as roasted honey mustard and the regular honey mustard sauces and for the prices they should have as many sauces as you want for the prices of the meals because we could go to cracker Barrell and get a home cooked meal for the same price and get all the sauces we want for that price.

Cashiers were very nice. Lots of smiles. Wait time to get my food was not long. The place was packed. I thought it would take for ever. But I was surprised. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. First time eating here at this location. The sandwich was very juicy and full of flavor. I would come back here again . Best tasting food I have ever eaten from a fast food restaurant.

The food was above average while the sizes/quantities were somewhat lacking. No refills on soda and my spicy chicken sandwich was on the smallish size. I will typically not patronize business which are overly vocal about their political postions. The CEO for this company is a right-wing-nut extremist who supports the trump administration. That alone is enough to make me Ill.

Good food but amazing customer service. It was raining out when my kids and I went yesterday, and the gentleman who refilled my drink offered to walk us out to our car with an umbrella! Theyre always polite and friendly. $6 for a sandwich is a little pricey but the experience is always worth it to me.

Literally stood at the register for 5 min (the only one that they had been ringing people up on) and then they opened the register at the other end of the counter and asked the Next customer to come order instead of us (the coupke who had patiently been waiting). Absolutely rediculious. Wont be back.

The food is very good. A bit pricey. The problem is its very loud & always crowded. When we 2 get lunch cause my mom was in the hospital we had 2 stand 4 about 5 minutes 2 get a table. It was DISTURBING 2 see 2 employees who were just hanging & talking on their phone taking up 2 tables.

Our last visit was for Spirit Night and will be my LAST visit. Found a short, black curly hair poking up from my chicken strip. Manager wanted to make me another order...uh, no thanks, I felt like throwing up. She refunded my $ without so much as an apology. Not going back.

I had to ask for my order after watching 6 customers get their orders that had ordered after me. The young woman who I asked for my oder did try to make up three different excuses why I was skipped. Terrible customer service this evening. Monday night 11/28/16 @6pm.

The food is nice and the staff is always friendly. I rate it 4 stars because the location is just awful. Theres virtually no parking lot and if you want to exit to Saxon you can only turn one way. The drive through is usually packed and theres no shade!

Excellent job making good on a previous bad experience. Dennis was apologetic and attentive to my order. So thank you. The food was hot and fresh. I do have to ding 1 star because they forgot the chicken for the salad but hey...I still like the place!

Our car broke down in the parking lot and the manager came out to help us. Because we had to sit in the parking lot for 15 min, he replaced all of our food so it would be fresh when we ate it. I didnt know people were this kind in central Florida.

This is the best Chikfila in the area. The service and food is consistently top notch. Staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. The food is served fresh and yummy. I recommend visiting this location for the best Chikfila experience

Aside from personally knowing a chunk of staff here, this store always shows exceptional hospitality and service. As somebody who serves at a restaurant I can see the quality of service here exceeds most fast food places Ive eaten lately.

Typically busy, but the new DeLand store opened recently which will hopefully alleviate the crowd. Chick-fil-A is a staple of the South and this store just helps defines their standard further. Love the outreach in the community as well.

This place is always way too busy.. Staff is awesome but have to stand out side and take peoples orders in the blazing heat which I think is appalling. Do not ever come here between 11-2pm unless you have cleared your plans for the day..

The food is always good and the service is great! The only bad part is, its always packed. It doesnt matter if its Saturday at noon or Tuesday at 3pm, the drive thru line is always wrapped around the building and its a long line inside.
