I have been in the area only a short period of time, but since Ive been here me and my wife have visited this particular location five (5) times. Our orders , very basic orders from the regular menu, have been wrong ALL five times. Considering I have worked very heavily in quick service restaurants myself I am not very quick to complain. In fact, this was the first time I have decided to say anything. On our first visit to this location I noticed few other customers yet the manager on duty ( a girl named Brianna) was pulling cars to the front in order to complete the transaction and give the false appearance of moving food and customers at a reasonable pace on paper; However, we still waited 7 minutes and 51 seconds to get our four double cheese burgers, two fries and 2 spicy crispy chickens. I saw zero effort to actually perform unless you include the buddy-buddy relationship between management and her obvious and equally stoned friend on front counter. My spicy chicken sandwich was a crispy without sauce and one of my double cheeseburgers was missing a piece of meat. Not a huge deal. I ate and just mentioned the mistake. No, I didnt ask for a replacement or refund but I did point it out to Brianna. Fast forward to our next visit. Almost complete identical experience which made me wonder what is going on at this restaurant. I decided to secret shop this location three more times.All three times my order was incorrect. Today my burger had no pickles, I was missing a medium fry and neither spicy crispy chicken sandwiches have even a hint of sauce. My lettuce was VERY CLEARLY old as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to the franchisee that you visit your store once in a while. You have employees that care little about service, customers , professionalism or the "bottom line ". I would also add that the phone number on the receipt is NOT the correct phone number to the store suggesting that nobody is even updating anything other than the show I see in this store every time Ive made a painful but enlightening visit.

TO describe the quality as "fair" is giving this store too much credit!! I live right around the corner out of all the fast food around Mcdonalds is the one that gets my money the most, they have quick pleasant service and food is ALWAYS fresh! This Burger King is HORRIBLE as much as i hate going there i dont know whhhyyyy i keep going back?!?!?! I like burger king food but the restaurant is beyond horrible. I just went there the girl that took my order was rude example i placed my order was about to tell her my drinks "WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DRINK" Really? you could hear the attitude ooozing from her voice! I worked fast food MANY MANY years we all know its not the most enjoyable and sometimes customers make it very hard, but when you start your service with a negative nancy your setting yourself up for failure. I was in drive thru FOREVER!!! one lady actually yelled out the car "ridiculous" I agree it deff was. When i finally got up to the window the girl who took my order NEVER greeted me and had an orange hoodie WITH the hood on, i was going to take a picture of her to attach to my email i plan to write to corporate. SOOOO unprofessional. I know the everything about running drive thru, where was i put the most?!? DRIVE THRU...i understand how annoying it can be so i try to make my order as easy as possible. The food as well is NEVER FRESH, i got to the point where when we order we ONLY go inside so i can check the food, but with 2 toddlers that makes it very difficult. After today i realized i am NEVER happy when i go there i WONT be going back again!!!!!!!

This might be the worst Burger King out there. The only reason I ever stop by now is because its the last option on my way home (and Im always curious to see if theyll screw up my order again). Ive ordered breakfast sandwiches with no egg and received them with egg and no meat. I have ordered the rodeo burger with cheese and gotten it without cheese, and it was rung in correctly because I paid extra for the cheese. I have ordered a double whopper and received a single whopper. I have driven up at 7 am and the store was closed with no employee cars in the lot and no explanation for why they were closed an hour after they should be open. I have had to walk inside to order because the drive through was closed for some reason and AFTER ordering my food was told they couldnt accept debit or credit at the time. Im pretty sure no one there, including management, cares one bit about serving the customer what they ordered. This place has actually become a running joke with me and my roommates because of how pathetic the work ethic is here. But hey, theres no where to go but up from there!

One time the customer service offered by one of the managers was nice... whatever, there are staff who do not give the correct attention when a customer makes a food order, or they simply place another type of food that was not exactly as requested by the customer; Additionally they did not return the amount registered and only delivered the order, remaining them with the money debited to my debit card. I dont wanna think that sh..t happens all the time. Im really upset and disappointed with those guys.

I enjoy burger king but the fact that this one is the closest to my house drives me insane. The staff is super rude and super slow. I once went in to place my order and the cashier was staring out the window the whole time I was giving my order then looked up and said "say that again"....really? And the manager would always have her hair down which is gross in the food industry. And they always mess up the order. Always.

Service was horrible and they left out part of my order....ON PURPOSE. I heard them talking about the fact they were out of something and instead of trying to offer me something different, she hands me my bags and closes the window. I sat and waited for her to acknowledge me...but she wouldnt and had her co-worker ask me what I needed.

The food is never fresh tasting, hot maybe not fresh the lettuce smells funny. I ate from there a few times and it just made be dislike the Whopper I grew up on as a kid... Dont waste your time... Service isnt great either.. eeeew. ugh... The employees are pleasant but not professsional

Asks me how many cream n sugar i want for my coffee then adds the creamer but doesnt give me sugar... What a rip off... You dont add cream or sugar to someones coffee unless they tell you to... 15 per hour my ass smh retards...

I was welcomed, employee was friendly and polite. Dining room was clean. Food was bad, New chicken sandwich had weird smell and was hard and dry, so were the fries. Cant wait to get home and throw up.

Normally good service, but posted hours were 12 (midnight) on 7/28/17 and when I arrived at 1055 the drive thru said they said they were closing and not taking new orders.

Horrible for last 5years. Owner and management need to be gone. Always confusion with order. Food cold and sloppy. Nobody in line, still got to wait 20min for cold food.
