I love Pollo, but this location has issues. We waited at the register several minutes for someone to take our order, with employees walking by and seeing us, but apparently couldnt be bothered to take our order. Eventually, the grill cook took our order until (who I assumed was the cashier) came to finish it up. The topping bar was near empty and we had to wait for them to chop up more onions. We never did see the creamy cilantro sauce get replenished. While we were given a table number for our food, this location doesnt bring the food to your table like all of the other Pollos. When I got back to our table, we discovered one of our chicken Tropichops literally had no chicken on it. Mind you, the last time I came to this location (a drive thru order), the Guava bar for the kids meal was missing and the soda tasted like it had no syrup. I dont know if its a management or staffing issue, but none of the other Pollos in the area have these problems. I think its telling that while the other Pollos seam packed (and this location was when it first opened a few years ago), the restaurant was practically empty during peak dinner hour. Id recommend going to the East Colonial or Winter Springs/Oviedo location instead.

On good days you get everything you want but other days arent so good. It seems like almost every other time I come here either Im getting someone whos actually listening to my order or not. I order a regular tropichop I get a small, I order macaroni I get mashed potatoes, I order poyo poyo sauce I dont get it. When you do get sauce (from the drive-thru) its like they decided to measure out exactly a teaspoon just for you, then if you go inside to ask for more sauce, while the empty sauce station is being cleaned, you get condescending remarks to check the sauce station like you didnt have enough sense to check that first. Honestly, I like the food, but a lot of the times it feels like the only person who has good customer service is the manager. Shes truthfully the only reason I didnt rank it lower.

Stopped for lunch and was disappointed in the changes and cleanliness of the restaurant. While at my table waiting for my number to be called, I noticed the manager standing behind the counter holding what appeared to be a tablet and giving out instructions for different members of the staff. I was still watching and noticed him scratching his scalp with the free hand a few times, then to my dismay he reaches and hands someone a serving plate and his thumb is on the area that the food will be placed on. Where is a health inspector when you need one. I was seated near the drink dispensers while eating and noticed that when the area is cleaned food and other debris gets pushed under the equipment. I Will not be returning to Pollo Tropical.

I pretty much come here all the time. Nice staff, great food and awesome rewards program which no one seems to ever mention anymore at the window. Its been about a handful of times now that Ive come and Ive asked to use my rewards to add the purchase towards a free meal after 7 purchases and they either dont know what Im talking about, forget or ring me out before giving me the chance to say anything about it. If youre going to have a rewards program make use of it Pollo Tropical. I loved coming there and even more so because of the rewards and the convenience of the location but I hate being the nice guy and never saying anything. So this is my rant towards your service. Hope this changes because id love to keep coming here.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken quesadilla meal with black beans and rice with a drink. She hands me my drink without a secure lid with coke dripping all down the cup. It gets all over me and my car interior. She gave me no napkins in the bag, luckily I had some in my car to clean up the mess. I opened my food to find a chicken wrap instead of a quesadilla, which is the smallest wrap Ive ever seen. It tasted very basic, no frills. As for my black beans and rice, I cannot tell you, because she did not give me utensils to eat it. Im giving this visit a 1 star. I will not return. I plan to call the company to refund my money. I should have went to the Arbys next door.

Slow as f*!#K... 15 min for a wrap... Are you kidding me! And before anybody gets started they were not busy at all . Two people working plenty of people talking.. if youre not on the clock get out of the restaurant stop getting everyone elses way . I think management really needs some training and organization to this place just tasted the food, chicken was junk mostly crystal. The feeling barely filled the wrap they probably could be used one half the size . Save your money this place is definitely not worth it

This location is horrible.. the past few times Ive been here, they have no mashed potatoes. How in the world could this place be out of mashed potatoes at 3pm. This is what Im told: "We ran out of mashed potatoes". They might need new management, someone who could make sure they order enough of what is clearly a popular menu item. I do not recommend this location at all.. so disappointed. Dont think Ill even bother going back, if I could give it -5 stars I would.

I will likely never be returning to this location. We usuall y stop here once or twice a month. And the last 5 times the service has been mediocre at best. They hardly ever have food ready even at slow times. They are always out of sweet tea, and last time they lost our order as we waited over 30 minutes. The employees have obviously had little training or any drive to provide attentive customer service. I always give a few chances, but it never changes.

Food here is absolutely disgusting ate at the location twice, first time was a bad experience ut I like to give everything a second chance. The time, the food was so bad I couldnt even finish it. Macaroni and cheese was the consistency of mashed potatoes, the chicken quesadilla wrap was awful. Cheese wasnt even melted. The only good that came out of this was the sprite.... Ate at many pollo tropicals but this was horrible. Dont waste your money.

The people that work here did not get ANY training in cooking food. They do not know the meaning of SEASONING food and COOKING properly... They gave me burnt chicken and something as simple as the beans and rice were under cooked. This pollo tropical at this location is a complete disgrace to the latin community. Never eating at this location again. you dont even deserve a star.

Workers are very laid back. No sense of urgency getting food to their customers. I have been waiting for my food more than 10 minutes. In other Pollo Tropical restaurants i get served within 5 minutes of paying. Just spoke to the manager. He jumped in to help his workers. Still poor customer service. Manager did approach me as I was leaving to apologize for the wait.

Not even rates a one star.... at this location. Thought I give this location another try. Failure again, no chicken.... This location is the most poorly managed that I have ever been to. Besides not having boneless chicken, mashed potatoes, beans most times, food is cold. Please corporate come in and gut the management.
