Worst dining experience of my life! From the (totally) incompetent waiter to the sushi chef who watched more television than he did food preparation, the entire experience was simply horrible! 30 minutes to get soup and salad and it was so bad we didnt even eat past the first taste. After 1 hour and 15 minutes we decided it was best to just find a decent restaurant elsewhere. Then the attitude of the staff began, everything from condescending remarks to cursing. We left, leaving them with a simple F*&K YOU! Additionally- I could not post this without rating them so the single star I gave them is completely out of necessity, they deserve negative stars at best.

but I cant get enough of this place. Ive eaten here both during rush and slow hours and the service has always been courteous and quick. The food is sooo good! The first time we ate here I ordered something from every section and I was hurting after. Be warned the soups come in cauldrons...theyre huge! This has become a favorite of my wife and I and cant wait to go back for more. One last thing; Never have I felt that any of the staff was unfriendly. Our regular server has always been kind and has even allowed me to try certain sushi without a charge to see if I like it. Go there!

Sushi is great, we are regulars. The sushi is always fresh and made right in front of you. The sushi is 4.95$ for simple rolls like Mexican, California, Kentucky Roll, it is FAR FROM OVER PRICED. Any other sushi place I go to the California roll is like 6.00$. Dont listen to the bad reviews they are a lie. The food is great. Its a diamond in the rough exactly!!! Nobody would ever think to go into it because of the location but its delicious.

Wasnt very busy, yet took way too long to make our food. They also got one of the orders wrong, and we never got or corrected order. The food was extremely bland, as well as the soy sauce which was surprising. They are way overpriced considering the small space and bland food. They dont explain the quantity change of the rolls when you buy the box, which effected the price buy 6 dollars. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

A family owned and operated eatery, it is friendly. Greeted with a smile, I was given a choice of seating. There is a sushi bar available and the food is delicious. Not sure what to order? Ask, servers will inquire as to your tastes and make suggestions. Clean, food is made fresh and tasty. Eat in or take out this is my favorite Japanese restaurant overall within four cities.

We will never go here again. All the rolls taste the same, not authentic at all... Didnt even give chop sticks or soy sauce on the to go order. The soup taste like water, the salad also has no taste. If you normally have sushi or are trying it for the first time to do not go here. The rolls were warm and thats not normal..... Not worth the price

My wife introduced me to this place while we were dating several years ago and Ive never been disappointed!! The staff is exceptional, the food is THE BEST, the prices are low, theres A LOT to be said for how great this place is!! Its kind of a "hole in the wall" type restaurant, but you wont be disappointed if you give it a try!

Food is okay , its like either good one day or bad the other . The people that work there were nice until tonight , they were very rude and the staff was yelling at each other when the people sitting besides us just wanted something else because the food did not even look cooked . ... I wont go on.

The rudest Sushi Chef! My husband and I left there without eating. He harassed me, and then started yelling at me in front of all the Customers and Staff. I heard it was a great place for sushi, but if you treat Customers the way he did, I shall find another place. The Owners need to know.

Moving down from Atlanta it has been hard to find a restaurant with great sushi. This place has definitely been our sushi place! Fresh, delicious sushi! We come here at LEAST twice a week!! Andrew any Ryan are the greatest! We will definitely recommend this place to all of our friends!!

I am obsessed with this place!! The best Japanese restaurant Ive ever been to. The grilled shrimp with rice, noodles and veggies is amazing! Their sushi is great too!! Ive been telling everyone about this place!! I come here at least 3 times a week! Super friendly too!

Great service, great people. The mi so was outstanding and it was relaxing to sit at the bar and watch my order be made. Theres a tv next yo the bar playing CCN live news, which was a nice added touch. My only wish is that they had onigiri, rice balls, on the menu!

Wasnt a big fan of this place at all. First time eating here and i dont see myself returing. Ordered a salad that was three bites. Sushi was very warm and bland. Only positive was the servers attitude. I wouldnt recommend this place to close friends or relatives.

Ive gone thousands of times. The chief is FAR from rude. They let us try new rolls on the house sometimes. Great service. On my birthday they gave me 2 bottles of saki on the house. Great sushi. I drive 45 mins to eat here.

Im surprised that they remain in business. Setting aside the fact that they are next door to a Big Lots, the atmosphere is dank and the quality of the sushi is poor. The sushi also seems overpriced, at least for the quality.

Cute place, but the food was very bland. Iceberg lettuce salad with a dressing with very little flavor and the house soup watery I could not eat the Undon soup...very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Shhhhhh...this place is a local secret gem. Delicious bento boxes, sushi made to order, Japanese beer and sakis. I just wish they would dust the ornaments sometimes.

Small place. Very personable staff thats super friendly. Sushi is amazing. Volcano roll is 2nd to none. You wont find it on the menu but the Rhonda roll is amazing.
