The food is really good, I usually go there every couple month since I do live far from Orlando, their staff were really nice before, but today I went for a early dinner with friends, the waitress was so rude. First She didnt bother to give us a menu before she asked what we what, then after 5 minutes we started eating (not even close to finishing the food), she came and throw the bill on the table and left... During the 15 minute of our stay, she only came once to ask how was the food, before we reply, she already turned around and start walking to the next table. Why bother to ask if you are not going to stay and hear our opinion? After we payed our bill, we decided not to tip because the service was horrible, she stopped us in front of the door and would NOT let us LEAVE until we give her the 18% tip..when we denied and explained to her why we would not leave the tip, she said it was the LAW and we have to give her a tip because is part of the tax she has to pay... All I can say..lady, we payed tax for the food we ate, and there is no LAW says we have to give you a 18% tip!!! Hopefully the owner can see this and train their employee better, its a business fraud and scam to tell customer that there is a LAW that you must give tip, and is illegal to restrain the customer from leaving until the tip is given... (BTW..the manager she called was really the chief.. found that out later when the real manager came to resolve the problem...so she lied to me too after the bad service and scam...)

This is quite possibly my favorite Vietnamese place in Orlando--its also my favorite place to go in Orlando! Theres a reason they have awards posted all over their walls... Since I first started going to Little Saigon, theyve expanded their seating area. The decor is very quaint; so dont go in expecting a fine dining experience. The staff are always very nice, attentive, and fast to bring you your order. Sodas are given to you in a can with a glass and ice on the side (am I the only person who thinks a Coca Cola tastes better from a can than a dispenser?). I would suggest that everyone start with fresh summer rolls--my favorite are the pork summer rolls (Ive heard from family and friends that the shrimp ones are delicious as well). Their peanut sauce is a little different than some other Vietnamese places Ive been. Its got a richer, sweeter taste. Depending on my mood Ill either order the beef vermicelli rice bowl or beef pho. Both are great. If its your first time, shoot for the pho! Their broth has some amazing favors and depth to it.

Excellent place! Most of the menu can be altered to be vegetarian or vegan - just ask for tofu instead of meat. They so that at no extra charge! The portions are fantastic, at around $7 an entree, I always leave full for very cheap. Must try the summer rolls, and again, make them vegan by asking for tofu if you want! The Thai iced tea is delicious, the jasmine hot tea is good too. Love this place, its on my rotation of favorite restaurants. The service is top - so fast. The food and appetizers were out like lightning and the staff is so friendly - unlike a lot of Asian restaurants where the staff can be a little abrupt (not intentionally, of course) this place has very personable employees! Must try.

Where do I start.... I do not like the service here. I dont like the fact that its like fast food restaurant, I sat down and ordered my food, they came out in 3 minutes with my pho that was warm. Another time when I went there, I ordered the rice and pork chop, there was a hair on my plate so I told the waiter. They took it back, regarnished the same plate, and brought back out. I only knew this because I picked at lettuce and put it back in place. Havent been back ever since

The food was average, the waitress was nice, but the owner was as rude as could be. He literally stuck his behind near my wife as he talked to a couple that bragged about various things to prove where they had traveled and stayed in that position for about an hour. Yes, my wife moved shortly after the conversation, but he and the people dinng were loud, ignorant and awful. Never going back again. Not for average food.

The food is delicious. This restaurant was suggested to me and I was not disappointed. I was so hungry when I went there for lunch. Had no idea what to order. The waitress suggested an egg noodle dish with mixed veggies and mixed meat, chicken, shrimp and beef. With summer rolls as an appetizer. It surely hit the spot and I was able to take some noodles home. Definitely will be stopping by again.

The first time I was here, I went with one of the officially listed vegetarian items and was wildly disappointed. The second time my arm was twisted a bit to get me back, but was it ever worth it! This visit, instead of going with a typical veggie meal, I ordered from the regular menu, and just subbed out tofu and more veggies for the meat. Perfect! A good lesson in not giving up too soon!

All four of our party were very happy with our meals. Im not too adventuresome, but easily found multiple options that were tasty. The service was great, and we couldnt think of a single aspect of the night that we didnt like. As for myself, I loved the chicken combination rice hotpot, the grilled pork vermicelli, and especially the annipie mango cheesecake, which was da sheeeet!!!!

Good restaurant for a quick bite, especially if you are craving ethnic foods. Summer rolls, pho soups, and quick efficient and friendly service. This would be my top pick if you want to introduce someone to Viatnamese cusine. The food is a little Americanized so may be more appropriate for those not familiar with Viatnamese cusine.

Food was very good (the ratio of meat:veggies was a bit lower than I would have liked), but the service was mediocre: we waited 10+ minutes after eating to get our check, and that was after going to the front counter to indicate we were finished. It wasnt particularly busy either: hopefully they staff better during peak times.

Absolutely the worst place to go for Vietnamese food. Food quality is very poor! This is not Vietnamse food. Waitress is rude! Rude! Rude! She will humiliate you if you question how bad the food is! You will have to tip her or she will follow you to the car and ask for the tip! Absolutely no manner! Restroom is filthy !

Delicious food and great service! My first visit to Little Saigon restaurant will not be my last. The restaurant is very clean and well lit. We visited for lunch on a weekday. The food was prepared fresh and looked as good as it tasted. Reasonable prices and generous portions made Little Saigon a very good value.
