Amazingly good, affordable, authentic Chinese fare in a No-Frills takeout venue with basic formica tables. Chef Ching came to our table to get all of our specific dietary needs and finicky tastes. Its a family place. Dad is the chef, Mom works the counter, the kids serve the food, and Grandma oversees everything. The food was cooked to perfection. Warning: if you are used to Americanized Chinese food, some of the spices may be overwhelming to you. But if you want to feel like youre in a Chinese village, this place is a real gem.

Great place to eat! Top 100 Chinese menu recipient. Food is always prepared in a timely manner, and is absolutely delicious. Hardly ever has to remake orders (only once for me and was very polite about it) The owners are very friendly. It is family oriented. Very good prices. I recommend this Chinese restaurant before any other in the area.

I did not particularly like the food here and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me and my co workers. She also refused to give us fortune cookies for everyone at the table, only one per meal ordered. There was four of us and one of us ordered egg rolls as their meal, no fortune cookie.

We have always been very happy with meals from Hop Hing. They turn orders around very quickly and the food tastes great. I would definitely recommend Hop Hing for a casual dinner at home.
