Wow,talk about 5 star pricing at 1 star quantity!!! I ask the Sushi Chef why the portions were so small (Frozen Fish) and he told me that the OWNER told him to cut your usual piece of sushi in half.Now thats great buisness.I have run a C.O. for 25yrs and have never sold half of anything at full price.My cousin and i had lunch and i ask for the sushi combo for each of us,well 82.00 later we had to laugh after explaining and explaining to them but no one cared.(WOW AGAIN) and we just walked out never to be seen again!!! So if your looking for good sushi,sorry to say you wont get it here.Plus they wont be in buisness much longer for taking advantage of the wonderfull people who like sushi.Hope this helps you all.Please take notice and dont go thru what we went thru!!!!! This place has went downhill! We used to order from here at least 2 times a month and food was always good. Just ordered Saturday, and food was horrible. We ordered to go as usual and got 4 combination plates. My plate (pork lo mein) was disgusting. It tasted like the pork was rotten, and it had a fishy smell. Ive never had fishy smelling pork lo mein before. My rice was extremely dry and hard. My kids had sweet and sour chicken, and the chicken was so hard my sons (who are 8 and 10) couldnt even chew it. Rice was also hard. Got egg drop soup which was ok, had no flavor at all (tasted like water). My husbands general tso chicken tasted old and reheated, asked for extra rice since he doesnt eat soup, and didnt receive it. (thank god because it was gross).

the time i came here, i was forever for my food. We made reservation.. everyone finished eating and i was still waiting for my food.. the server apologized and asked me if i would like something extra with my food.. so i said sure just bring me an extra eggroll. i thought i was going to get it for free... because he asked.. i didnt want to complain..but he should of offered me a discount.. you dont always have to wait for the customer to complain.. if you are wrong and you know the restaurant did not meet the customer expectations.. they you should do something about it.. apologies are nice.. but didnt solve my issue.

The Food is the best in Highlands County when it comes constant quality. The area is very small and doesnt look fancy, its very affordable but since I am a city boy almost every restaurant in Highlands County is less expensive than the top Restaurants in i go to in Tampa. The sushi is also good, its not the best Ive eaten but its much better than other places in Sebring. I usually order to go since the restaurant is so small I feel a little uncomfortable. But other than that it is by far One of the best restaurants in Sebring and one of the Top Places in Highlands County.

My husband and I stopped in for an early evening meal, there were only 2 other couples in there and we literally sat at our table unnoticed for approximately 15 minutes before we decided to walk out and the girl that seated us had the nerve to say have a nice evening and I stated.. I hope someone else that comes in behind us is recognize to be a paying customer, although we were directly in her view of where she seated us I guess she couldnt see that there was a problem as we were never asked why we were leaving? Seriously...?! Too busy looking at her phone :/

Ive lived in Sebring for over a year, but I FINALLY got around to eating at Cang Tong. I LOVED it! The restaurant was beautifully decorated and calm; the wait staff are as helpful, polite and kind as anyone could ever wish; and the food is FANTASTIC! Myself, my mother, and our guest stuffed ourselves to the point we had to bring most of our meal home - but were hardly complaining! I highly recommend Cang Tong for a dining experience. What a wonderful place to eat! Great atmosphere, friendly wait staff, and terrific food!

Best Chinese Restaurant Ive EVER been too! The waiter was very friendly and even showed us how to use the chopsticks. The restaurant doesnt look very appealing from the outside, BUT once you go in it is really elegant! The food Was amazing to say the least! Me and my girlfriend ordered the singapore noodles, fried rice, 5 chicken tempura rolls, and 5 shrimp tempura rolls! Best food ever! I cant wait to go back !

I myself enjoyed the food, my boyfriend on the other hand did not. He said it was greasy, which it really was just by looking. My sushi tasted pretty good, other then the grease also. The server was nice, but the woman who seated us definitely had too much to talk about with her friend..very loudly. I now know all her love life drama. Other then the two girls chatting too loud, I enjoyed my lunch.

This place has wonderful food.... when they do what you ask. We are vegans (shocker, I know, in Highlands County). We have asked several times for no egg in our veggie fried rice, mushu, etc, but we never get it. They charge an extra $2 for tofu and $2 for rice without egg. (and yet it is still in it) Frustrating.

A great spot to eat. Been coming here for several years with the parents when visiting them. The servers are nice and polite. The food is good and consistent quality. They just expanded & now have a separate bar room. I agree, one of the best places to eat in Sebring.

Love the place, and very elegant.... but they got my order wrong. I called in my order and when I arrived, I asked if everything was in the bag. When I got home I notice that some of my order was not in the bag. Dont charge me something that I never receive!!!

I love Cang Tong. The food is great, the service is great and its a very nice atmosphere. Their prices are pretty decent and they have a wide selection of it. The sushi is amazing and the staff is both friendly and professional.

Eggs in the egg drop soup were thick and dark green colored, beef tasted bad, almost like it was old, fried rice was tasteless. The worst experience I ever had from a restaurant. I didnt eat any of it and Ill never go back.

Horrible got food poisoning from the spicy tuna roll. Nothing was good the dumpling and wontons were horrible as well. The spicy tuna roll was not even done the right way besides the fact of the fish being rotten

I like their food. The place is clean. The service was acceptable. I only give five star reviews to restaurants that serve organic chemical free options. This is why they got a four star from me.

Our family enjoys the great food here. Their sushi is fresh tasting and reasonably priced. Their General Tso chicken is great too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

They moved two doors down and it is now larger. They have two grills to cook for you. Great people own and run this place too. It is worth a visit.
