La atención excelente. La dama que me atendió fue atenta, espléndida y cordial. Una vez disfruté mi pedido, pregunté por la supervisora en el turno donde me encontraba y le pregunté a la amable señorita que me atendió quien casualmente pasó junto a mi. Que sorpresa que era "ella" la supervisora. Trabajaba como una mas apoyando en todas las areas.Su nombre es Maryoris y para quienes no tengan un inglés muy fluido, será su mejor guia. Felicidades a la empresa por el profesionalismo de todo su equipo y la altísima calidad en sus alimentos y barra de aderezos.

Used to love this place. I work a few minutes away and this was my go to lunch spot. Not anymore!!! Ive had two separate incidents! The first was an undercooked chicken that stopped me in my tracks...that said, I had hundreds of good meals, so I decided to give them another try. Boy...was I wrong! I actually found hair in my wifes meal!?!!??!!! I learned three lessons that day: 1) Never go at a later time (store is closed, drivethru is packed, and youll never get back to anyone); 2) Check your food (unfortunately I did at home...big mistake); 3) They dont care for customers anymore (never responsed or attempted to rectify situation). Thank you and goodbye from a long time Pollo fan!

The staff is incredibly rude, screwed up my order after I repeated it TWICE, then had the nerve to act incredulous. On top of that, I typically order Pollo over three a week in Broward county... this was my first time ordering from this location and it will DEFINITELY be my last. The mojo roast pork was burnt, but I was too tired of dealing with such a horrible team, from the manager down, to say anything. I would leave one star, but it was the only somewhat healthy option open after 10pm... so at least I got to order food. Pollo is a such a great brand, its a shame this store is doing the overall company a disservice.

I love pollo tropical, the foods are good and the customer service is sometimes good . The drive thru lady is very rude and disrespectful, Every night when I go there the same lady with stink attitude , her name is Sandry . She very disrespectful and act like she doesnt ear what u saying to her , you ask her questions about your food , she could barely answer you ... I love coming to this pollo but that rude lady has to change.. She has no customer service skill at all ..

Food taste pretty good depending on whos cooking. But my main issue is this new driverthru lady. She dose not listen very well and is very rude she rushes you when youre trying to order. She always sounds annoyed when your not ordering fast enough for her. Shouting which ONE DO YOU WANT! Its like you cant ask a question about the menu. I wont be coming here until lady at the window takes a chill pill. And anyone takes a trip to this pollo you will know what I mean.

The food here is sometimes ok. Other times the chicken is burned and the rice is dry. Most of the staff doesnt speak english and that means that they will only hire a particular race. The food always has the stickers left on them. The workers stare at you and make you feel unwanted. They have this spunky cashier who needs to tone down his sense of humor. He uses british humor which is close to a "light" sarcasm. Hope he doesnt joke with the wrong customer.

80% of the workers dont speak english, an hour+ before closing time, they take away the sauces and stuff... so that means no one after a certain time can get salsa sauce. the food often is burned (chicken, yucca fries), they store the salsa sauce under the cabinet of that island with the forks, knives, tobasco, etc.. thats pretty nasty. its unrefrigerated and they just take it out and replace it with the empty bucket of salsa thats already on the table.

The only thing keeping this from getting 1 star is the food. It was actually really good. Not good enough to forgive the tortoise like and cold service. The place looked like it was wrecked. And that was after someone was "cleaning" around the place. Now I see why the drive thru at these places are always full. No one wants to be inside.

Food is very good but they need to work faster somehow!!!! Drive thru takes way too long. They should put more people to work shifts that are busy. For example during lunch: between 11:30am to 3:00pm! Cmon. Some people only get 30 minutes for lunch & it takes almost our entire lunch time to get the lunch. How frustrating.

Get there at 1038 and the dining doors are locked when it says on the door they close at 11. Went to the drive thru and horrible customer service, seems like the workers dont really care about the customers, just want them out of there as soon as possible.

30 minutes on the drive through! Is this what you call fast food? Best part is that once you are on the line there is no way to get out of it! If you know how busy this place gets... Get enough employees before loosing hundreds of customers.

I order online to save time but that seems to never be the case. Plenty of times I got my food 10 minutes + AFTER my pick up time. I guess me standing right underneath a sign that states "online order pick up" means nothing to the staff.

I believe that is the best fast food in the country. Good selection, grilled, fresh, good chicken 90% of the time, unique flavor. It is true that some of the workers should be more friendly but they are not rude.

They are usually clean, decent pace of service and food is good. Just beware its next to Beauty School of America so some times they get real busy.

Everytime I come here I am disappointed. The lady manager is rude and the cashier couldnt even do simply math . I wont be coming here ever again.
