Danesha had an attitude like she didnt want to answer any of my questions about the difference in sizes for the family meal. Manager with dreads came up and assisted her with my brief questions. The food did come out quickly Ill give them that. But when I asked for jelly and honey she told another coworker to get it instead . mind you danesha was no longer taking orders, the coworker replied back telling her to get it. Danesha gave me jelly and said we dont have honey. I asked if she could check another location but she didnt seem to interrested.thank goodness the fella checked for me and gave me a hand full! WOULD NOT GO TO THE LOBBY AGAIN FOR SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF SHE IS WORKING THERE BECAUSE NEXT TIME I WONT BE TO NICE. #BAD #CUSTOMERSERVICE.

This place is always out of something, literally every time I visit. Its not rocket science to order what your customers consume on a weekly basis. IDK if theres a food-cost or theft issue, but its past ridiculous. This store is fairly busy regularly so I cant imagine the #s arent there for sufficient supplies. The employees dont like their jobs and the manager doesnt enforce customer service. However the daytime staff are much nicer & efficient. This was my last time here, Ill be driving out my way for shorter lines and to actually get what I came for... And maybe some customer service when i say thank you & the employee doesnt roll their eyes and turn away. Disappointed!

This Popeyes is the worst excuse for a restaurant/ fast food eatery Ive ever been to! What contemptible idiot cant get ur order right after 3 times of repetition, and then cant put food in a BOX in the right order! Disgusting ppl to look at along with stupendously degenerative service. Food is good but should b shut down for outright HORRID service. And then they purposefully make u pay for the food and because its a FAST FOOD joint u dont check because ur expecting common sense to work with any human being..... cant believe their still open

Ghetto Popeyes. Waited in a drive thru line for 39 minutes to be told they dont have white meat at all. So no chicken breast and they wont sell a family meal at a cheaper price because they cant give me the bigger chicken breast pieces. They were rude and unprofessional. Popeyes is too expensive to be dealing with attitudes, neck rolling, and tongue popping.

Horrible!! horrible!! horrible!! I asked the girl for a side of gravy an i swear she put 2 tea spoons in a container. i thought it was a joke so i called her over to the window an said you forgot the gravy! she said that is all she could give me without charging me. i said how much? she said $2,65 !! what a joke!!!!! i,ll never eat there again

So when i pulled up to the line at the drive thru it was 30 min from closing. By the time i got to the ordering monitor it was 2 min past closing time. This Popeye is always busy. They need to come up with a more customer friendly method for weekend hours. Also they keep the open sign lit, after their supposed closing time.

The chicken really looked anorexic, I dont want steroid or hormone treated chicken either but at least feed the chickens you have. The order taker and the young lady that took the money were both rude. I cant say anything good about my experience, I feel I paid waaaaay too much for the food and service I got in return.

This the most terrible experience I have ever had when it comes to fast food. Terrible customer service . I literally stood in this establishment for about 40 minutes waiting for my order after 5 people who ordered after me were given their things and had departed. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Dont ever come!!!!
