1 star because the food was good, but do you know whats more important than food to some people? Things such as customer service, respect, dignity, qualities that were almost taken away from me Saturday night. I went to the drive thru and waited (and I AM NOT EXAGGERATING) 25, count it TWENTY FIVE - VEINTCINCO MINUTOS For my food. After about 15 minutes I was ready to go, but unfortunately I could not get out the drive thru. I felt trapped, I felt like a victim of domestic violence because I was being mistreated and was unable to escape. Too weak and hungry to scream in anger once i reached the front of the line I politely asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise there was NO MANAGER ON DUTY. My heart dropped, i felt like I was just robbed and noone cared, there was noone to listen to me. The cashier never apologized after I complained, instead he told me "hey look, you can take it or leave it". My dignity was then stolen because there isnt a human being ill allow to speak to me like that. But to weak to be mad I then handed the cashier his money because the aroma from the food. Because of this experience I will probably never eat chicken again!! Thank you La Granja y

I hate it. Spent $30 on two meals. The food was the same quality as fast food. Im sure the same goes for these employees that ask for higher pay as McDonalds employees. You absolutely do not deserve it. I asked for yellow rice and cocktail sauce. The employee at the window ensured me that it was in my box. When I get home and open my box....not to my surprise, neither the yellow rice nor the cocktail sauce for my shrimp was inside my box. My first time going to La Granja and definitely my last. Not even worth the drive back to get my order correct. I wish I could give you less than one star. You fast food employees work at these places for a reason unless youre younger than 18 years old.

Really the only problem I had was the cleaning being perform while food was being prepared in the kitchen. Im not exactly sure, but it seemed as if there was 2 big pots of yellow abf white rice on the floor during cleaning. The cashier keep trying to block my view so I really couldnt tell. Being that my food was being prepared, I DIDNT want to ask her and receive something extra in my food for being a prying customer. So Im torn. I appreciate that they made the effort to clean...some wont, but those pots made me uneasy. If I return, I will observe before ordering. But the food was tasty.

Was my first time eating there I did not have a problem Im a very picky person I take customer service very seriously maybe that day they were all in a good mood but will find out. I ordered a half a steak with sauteed onions and shrimp food was pretty good they even serve you on parceling instead of paper plates you leave your tray at the table they discard it for you. Its like somewhat of an upscale Pollo Tropical but it has more of a home feel taste instead of a fast food. I plan on going back to this location so Ill let yall know

The food was just ok compared to other Granja restaurants. Then as I walked out there was a man brushing his teeth right outside their door and spitting it out right there as we walked out. Thats just sick. No one from the restaurant said anything, as if its ok or just the norm. Ugggghhhh I will never go there again.

Good food, nice people. I have never had any incorrect order or a rude employee. I live around the corner and go there frequently. The food always tastes fresh, they are always willing to make my food special. I spend hundreds of dollars here, I feed a family of 6. We are always happy with their food.

I LOVE La Granja but the drive thru staff Do not know how to follow direction at all. I ask for yellow rice and I get white. I ask for dark meat they give me white. I dont know if its a language barrier issue but the drive thru is always messing up orders.

Food is good and cheap but employees are extremely rude, slow, and they dont listen. They eat the food in front of you, treat the customer with disdain. Once I called an order ahead of time and they forgot... they had to put it together when I got there.

Good food, great price! only problem is there is a limitation on ordering dark meat, only 2 per customer. Employees are very rude and uncooperative. Will not being eating here again.
