7:30 Pm. Marzo 30/2017 y el Comedor vacío.!!! Mi Suegra, su Hija, y Yo, Directo a los Bathrooms,,, su Manager los hizo brillar con una sonrisa... En Caja, Sanders nos vendio: Pepsi, Pollo, papas, Corn y Ensalada de Col. Increíble en 5 minutos la Comida brostisada del Coronel en la mesa recorde cuantas veces disfrute esta delicia. De pronto,,, el Comedor se lleno, vi a Dudlei un Joven Cajero gracioso, atento nos miraba sonriendo... Otro Senor de la Cocina igual muy culto y servicial. Todo limpio, ordenado, todos en sus puestos. Quiero felicitar este Team Kentucky BUENOS TRABAJADORES. Mi Familia y yo somos nuevos en este Barrio, felices de ser Cliente de Uds. Gracias por atendernos... Regresaremos con Tips. Mac.

I just left this KFC establishment today and will NOT return!!! I was serve by a nasty cashier named Jahanara and the Jamaican manager didnt make things better- they literally insulted me because I was dissatisfied with appearance of my order. I was also displease in the appearance of the GM and as well as in the entire staff. Theyre are untidy bunch! Es el mejor pollo que yo siempre e probado. No solo el de ay. Tambien los otros. Este me queda mas cerca y siempre voy a el. El trato y limpieza no me puedo quejar es muy agradable. Yo le daria en escala un 10.

Horrible customer service & I live right down the street from them..the manager does not comprehend basic English & cannot understand that individual sides mean that I can pick & choose my side orders & does not automatically come with mash & coleslaw..I have experienced plenty problems with this location over the years..will never visit this location again

Every time I go here they say theyre out of chicken or they give me a mix match order because they are out of everything. The chicken wings are old and hard and are about the size of my pinky They ALWAYS forget something on my order. Better check your food before you leave. I cant believe this place is still in business smh....

Dont go. Is the worst KFC. 10 minutes x be attend, 25 minutes x take my order because the cashier they dont know how use the system and 40 minutes x get my order. And the made a mistake doing that so Ill be waiting x other 15 minutes. I was the only customer a that time. Also my order was incomplete... bad, bad and bad...

I came to order 20 hot wings. The young black girl (cashier ) told me 9minutes .l went outside 10minutes after l went back inside same cashier told me 15 more minutes. Ofc at 15ave New63rd st.
