Been inside once, Always went through drive thru , Went this past week on a Monday and it was a horrible experience I tried to walk in and they clearly saw me walk in and didnt say anything and then when i was figuring out what I wanted they told me they were closed and rudly said go to drive thru. I left went into my car and went to drive thru waited in line and already knew what we wanted we saw two cars in front of us leave out of the line and one car with a man sticking out his middle finger to the operating machine and then to the lady in the drive thru . By the time we got there the lady on the operating machine said "what would you like to order "in a annoyed tone of matter . We politely said what we wanted to order and she just kept saying WE DONT HAVE THAT" weve selected over 5 things and she said "we dont have that " angrily and she didnt let us finish she kept cutting us off we understood it was 10:48pm and its not easy to work because weve also just came from working. But she was so rude , We asked her "what do you guys have" she said all we have is **** and gave us a list of what they have she said it so fast that we asked her to repeat it and she said UUUGHGGG!!!! Then we discussed with each other of what we would like to get {in the car} and i said i wanted the honey chicken with chowmaine and she wants to easesdrop and yell out " I JUST TOLD YOU WE DONT HAVE THAT " and i said i know Im just telling my sister and she wants to say " UGH " and repeat what she has and we told her can we take something she just said they have and wants to say I JUST TOLD YOU WE DONT HAVE THAT " and we were just fed up with her tone and we told her thanks but we are just going to leave and she kept saying "BYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEE FINALLYYYYYYYYY"! My mom was so disgusted by the way she spoke to us that my mom said " you should take to customers like that" and she just said "BYYYYEEE" and then we went to another friendly restaurant. the day after we did call to complain about that girl and they hung up and they wouldnt let us speak to the manager. i will not recommend to come to this restaurant they need to train their workers correctly that is just a disgrace -0 stars

I just bought my food, and I am so disappointed. .. I think the good reviews that I read was not true. First of all they need to hire employees more interested about customer service work because the woman that served my husband and I was looking like so frustrated or mad about attending.It was our first time and last. Being the first time, we were confused about the meals and the woman was so aggressive, trying to get our order as fast as possible, rude, looked like she was unsatisfied of being there, maybe because was Saturday night.Also I need to complain about the food, we usually dont complain about it, but I need to share with you that. The chow mein was tough to swallow... I am very disappointed.For sure it was our last time there.

Decent food but the staff must be undergoing training because no one wanted to take customers at the register. It took 15-20 minutes to get anyone to even acknowledge any of the customers in line. The woman at the cash register didnt listen carefully to my order and I had to clarify it three times. When I ordered an item they were making she said she would bring it out when I was done (since I had already paid for it) and she never did. I had to go up 10 minutes later and ask another more competent worker to get it for me. It would have been a better experience had the staff either been trained better or werent so scared to help customers. All the food was hot and decent quality.

I was in the mood for Panda, strike one, waited in line for ten minutes for them to make a popular chicken dish, which at dinner time should be made constantly. It was a cool night, strike two, this location does not have soup. After completing eating my meal, I used the bathroom, strike three, the pkace smelled of urine, everywhere, I am not kidding, it was so strong I had to hold my breath, on top of that it was unkept! No, I will not be going back, you expect a certain level of cleanliness and service in a chain restaurant. This location clearly misses the mark!!!!

I went yesterday at 10:15pm and the website say it close at 11:30pm they didnt have anything almost no food, and I ask the lady if they are going to cook more shrimp and she say no and I was looking at the kitchen they were cooking shrimp and I told her what is that she told me that is only for drive thought I said okay I ll go though the drive through instead and they cooked for me with a horrible attitude, DEFINITIVELY HERE ARE SOME MANAGEMENT ISSUES OR COORPORATIVE BECAUSE UNHAPPY EMPLOYEES LEAD TO UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND GUESS WHAT CUSTOMERS MAKE YOUR BUSINESS

No es mal lugar pero pedí un arroz frito y lo tuve dejar completo pues estaba el arroz súper crudo, muy duro y no había nada para sustituir. No lo recomiendo. Ahí pueden ver en la foto la mala calidad

This was my first experience with Panda Express. The Orange Chicken is AMAZING! I am in SOBE and drive 30 minutes out of my way, 3 times a week for Panda. My one complaint would be the extremely rude cashier named Edith...you shouldnt be working in customer is you dont want to wait on customers. So rude! Now I call ahead to make sure she is not there. Uh yeah...she is that bad! Look for a new employee to "hold your counters in place" Panda Express

What is going on in this place? Does it really take over 20 minutes in line to serve food to customers. This problem need to be solved before this place closed down for poor service. Currently on a line for 20 minutes and still havent even get to the window. Of course, is not the cashier fault, she explains they are short of staff.... then come on! Hire more people....

For a 6.95 plate. For someone that pays the same amount yet has a huge amount of food on there plate at drive-thru. While Im left with pigeon food, small amount of chow mein, cold orange chicken that taste funny. This isnt just one visit but multiple times. This place just disappointed everytime I visit.

I normally have an average experience but this time was a no go. I ordered my meal. Orange chicken per usual. It was cold. Also I ordered the chicken pot stickers. The quote time I was given was 6 minutes. No problem. 15 minutes later I am given undercooked soft/soggy pot stickers.

The food was so good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole establishment was awesome. I would definitely go back there again.. This was my first time here and definitely wont be my last :) Btw I had the orange chicken, Beijing beef, and chow mien noodles
