Cicis is probably the cheapest all you can eat buffet around, although the price has been steadily creeping up to the current $5.99 adults, $2.99 kids. I think drinks are an additional $2.50 although I have seen quite a few people ask for a water glass and just get what they want from the soda machine. The low price for a dinner out attracts everyone if you know what I mean. If kids running up and down the aisles of the restaurant squealing with no parental supervision is not your thing then probably best to stay away. I dont think I have ever been here when there wasnt a childs birthday going on. That said, for $5.99 the food is okay. I preface this by saying that if I dont have to cook it I am okay with basically anything. My husband took me to dinner here last night because the daughter is away and the fridge is still on the fritz. We are going to have to break down and get a new one any day now. Anyway this is was a quick, fast, cheap, and convenient solution to the dinner dilemma. Your $5.99 gets you a surprisingly nice salad bar, corkscrew pasta noodles with a red or white sauce, chicken soup with same noodles, at least ten different pizzas constantly changing, the dessert pizza, brownies, and my favorite, the cinnamon rolls. If you dont see a certain pizza you like just tell them and they will make it for you. They have a small game room in the back that has been beloved by my daughter since elementary school. Shell still pay it a visit even at 17 years old. She loves to come here with her friends for eating/ study groups. The bathroom is usually pretty nasty, I try to avoid it if at all possible. Staff and the manager are very nice and some of the kids my daughter goes to school with work here. The staff seems to have stopped yelling welcome to Cicis into everyones faces, a custom I despised. For the same price you would pay for fast food, this is a step up.

Took my son for lunch today November 16th at 230pm my son was so hungry I wasnt. The cashier young Spanish girl was very rude and nasty no class at all! I told her only my son was getting the buffet not me because I wasnt hungry she said I couldnt eat there because I had to order the buffet and kicked me out like if I was some kind of criminal! I was so embarrassed Im not from this area I was in shock this idiot treated me like a criminal! this was my first time in this place I hope the Gm reads this post and fires that nasty woman! I called another cicis to complaint! the Gm at that store was in shock the way I was treated he will talk to the Gm "john" at this location! I will be calling John soon ! Horrible customer service! Disgusting

Muy mala la atención del señor que estaba en la caja, asumo sea el manager que tenía que pagar para entrar, solo iba a compañar a mi esposo a comer y el decía que yo tenía que pagar cuando no iba a comer, mi esposo por su puesto iba a pagar su plato de verdad que muy mala la atención

Complete circus of a mess and crowd. Just think if a trailer park and snoop dog had a baby, this establishment would be the outcome. The staff are all stoned out off their minds or dont speak fluent English and the manager referred to one of his staff as "the large girl". Kids running around like animals. Half of the people in there looked like they just got released from County jail. Food sucked. Ordered a pizza, took 20 minutes to get it and it wasnt even made correctly.

The food is good, but its the service that gets me: the manager can cheat you out from your food. Hear me out: I brought a coupon for a free buffet for the purchase of a buffet and a drink. I did just so but he charged me $8.50 . And when a friend went to buy a buffet to himself, he was charged the $6.50. WHY THE EXTRA $2??? The manager hates when we bring coupons but its a participating restaurant so he better CHILLL!!!!

The manager there (night shift W) is the biggest JERK (to put this in a nice way) I have ever seen running an establishment. He was treating the workers like animals and constantly yelled at them right in front of all the customers. He made my experience horrible, even hovered over my table for a good 10 seconds silently just looking at me until I finally asked him why he was just standing there. Creep.

We love them, we celebrate Birthdays there and the staff is excellent. We find it is the perfect place to go for Pizza as the selection is large, fresh and served with smiling faces. We love that there is no waiting on the Pizza of our choice and even the dessert pizzas are great. They have very good salad, and soup. Do try their cheese bread, it is just wonderful.

Dec 10th, i was there with a party of 20, the place was busy, but the store manager on duty reassured me he will be able to get everyone seated, the whole experience was great my 3 year old really enjoyed himself. The staff was also attentive and really had great hospitality skills. Thanks again

I LOVE IT!!! I Have been to this resturant since 6 years old!! EVERYBODY IS NICE THERE AND HAVE FRIENDLY ARCADE GAMES But, I rated 4 stars because theres this new manerger that has a REALLYYY POOR AND NEGATIVE ADDITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLES...... I wonder what happened to the old manager..........

You get what you pay for. Its always busy so the food changes quickly. The downside is, the girl at the front that takes your money also tends the salad bar and she doesnt wash her hands between those two activities. None of them where food gloves so thats really gross.

The manager was terribly annoying. He would not leave the customers alone to eat the marginally lesser pizza. We just wanted to spend our few dollars on self loathing without being bothered every 5 seconds.to be reminded about why you need to complete school.

Anyone who writes a negative review of this place is silly. It is a wonderful, very affordable place to eat. You cant expect the world for $6 a person, but we enjoy going here because its all you can eat pizza. We love pizza! Staff is always friendly! !

Felt a little uncomfortable eating at CiCis today the spanish cashier/manager i believe her name is Shannon was literally checking people who pay for water cups. I witness her harrase more than 3 families. WOWww embarrassing. Not recommended.

The dining area is disgusting. The seats a torn up and the tables are sticky and there are fruit flies all around the soda fountain. Cheap food thats but desperately needs a new dining room. Other than that the staff is friendly.
