The worst situation ever. I went on Superbowl Sunday 1 1/2 hour before the game and the waitress told us that we have to be patients because the number of orders and the other people sited on restaurant like 35 mins until receive our order, thats okay you can drink something or eat some entries, but this is when the problems started. After 1 hour I received my order but not my wifes order (10 Freaking wings)Who wants to see someone eating? So I decided to wait for your the another order and share some of my food with my wife, half an hour after my burger was more cold than my beer and still did not receive what was needed, I decided to eat and I asked the waitress to mention the manager that we had waiting more time than normal. Very friendly waitress (Marysol) took our drinks refil free for the situation and she apologized that was already underway order my wife. 20 minutes after I started to doubt since to many people came out with much food but they did not give us the importance, I asked for the manager and as annoying l told him that he might not be ready for a day like this and that take no more orders if they dont had the capacity to cover them. He offered us remove the cost of the wings and that he personally would be in charge of that. it took another 45 minutes and annoying I told to the supervisor that it was not possible that they can not give us 10 wings. manager told me they were working on it but I really was seeing my face. Whether its the superbowl or the end of the world, they have to be prepared, on another way you have a table annoyed unable to eat and focus to deal with the online orders and by phone, better lock your restaurant and does not do to waste time people who will spend their money on having a good time in a good meal and good service. Go and get wings from wherever you can even from Kentucky Fried chicken and attend your customers. Its impossible almost 3 hours THREE HOURS. T H R E E H O U R S!!!!! Waiting for 10 f*@#$%& wings. My wife wasnt hungry anymore. I really feel bad because its a good place but the customers are first. So I will never forget this and I will never come back again.

looks like a bunch of fake 5 star reviews on here... we were one of only 5 tables at 3 in the afternoon... ordered $50 of wings and drinks, no crazy food items... the staff was hanging out joking in the kitchen, took 55 minutes to come out, was obviously left over from the lunch rush, rock hard cold wings.... the waiter knew they were bad when he handed them to us... so he didnt show up for the rest of the time we were there and I had to ask for my bill for a terrible meal 3 times, the manager wouldnt make eye contact with us and eventually went into the kitchen.... I wrote an email to corporate thinking it was going to them... nope, I never heard from corporate and the store manager called me offering a credit for HALF what we spent... without exaggeration the worst wing place Ive ever been in and corporate doesnt care. ---------------------------------------------------------------- update: I used the credit at my daughters insistence for take out wings and I got literally the best wings Ive ever eaten, they were awesome.... so I went back for a late lunch today, at 3pm on the busiest shopping day of the year, last Sat before Christmas and the place was packed. There were only 2 wait staff for about 40 tables who were lazily strolling around serving, no motivation at all, there were 4 tables and booths that were wrecked from previous diners and no cleanup... all the customers looked unhappy.... I waited about 15 minutes to order a burger (which btw with fries, drink, and tip costs an outrageous $19) and no one came to even take my drink order... I left and Im never going back... this place is an example of how not to manage a restaurant... I used to manage retail food like that and if I was the owner, I would walk in and whack about 10 people on the spot... Ive never seen such a wreck.

The food I got was good. Two of us. Ordered an app and one alcoholic drink. Waitress disappeared. App came out, delivered by diff person. Waitress came back, took the menus, DIDNT take our order and forgot to bring our drink. Came back around, asked if we needed plates and napkins. Uhh...yeah. Got the drink, supplies, and she disappeared again. Came back around and ask if we wanted anything. Got the chicken quesadillas. We waited 25 minutes for them. Good forbid we ordered two meals. Like a normal table with an attentive waitress. Do you think Jennifer came back to see if we were alive? Nope. We saw two tables, one with our same waitress, but both with more people get faster service. Waitress came back around and asked if we wanted another drink...for when? Lunch time tomorrow. Asked for the check, took her 2 secs bring it. Really Jennifer?! At least the Margarita wings were good.

Will never step my foot there ever again. I recieved from one of thier manager 50 wings coupon (after he visted my business). As i made an order for the wings trying to use the cupon, they refused to honor it saying it was expired. I left angry and made aphone call to express my feelings. Store manager asked me to come back and pick up the order, but i said its too late. I used to go there once a week on a regular base with entire family. No more!!!! Manager told me i should have said the cupon was given me by one of their manager. I say it doesnt matter who gave me the cupon, it should be honored expired or not. This cupons are nothing but advertisement, and their purpose is to bring the customer in. I left angry, made an order in another place, and have no intentions of coming back. Matter of principal.

Worst experience ever! Ordered online more than one hour before pick up time. Arrived there on time, still had to wait 25 more minutes. It was a weekday and the restaurant was less than half full. The cashier took out our order from the kitchen and just left it at the counter. She didnt call us to get our order despite the fact that we were just sitting right in front of her. She chatted with another walk-in customer who received their order in less than 15 minutes. We asked to see the manager, he didnt apologize just kept said obviously something went wrong but he didnt know what happened and he was not not going to find it out. He offered us more napkins and we were asked to leave. The wings were over done, dried out and not hot at all.

Unless you want to put a big target on your back given its a great place for criminals due to there no gun policy, I recommend you go elsewhere this is the ideal place for mass shooters and otherwise. They love helpless victims. I mean I do unserstand the whole alcohol and firearms thing (and I agree with that) but not everyone is drinking some are just coming for dinner. Or ignore the sign and carry anyway to show them the disrespect they deserve for that sign as please recognize that sign is NOT legally binding if you are not drinking, it is a private business not a government facility, school etc. so the worst they can do is kick you out if they catch you you are NOT breaking any law as long as you dont drink well strapped.
