I visited Olive Garden at 2:45 pm in the afternoon during the week. The hostess directed me to a booth right near the front door. There were dirty dishes that were on the table and after 10 minutes nobody had removed them. I had not been given a menu nor a glass of water nor met anyone that was supposed to wait on me. I went back to the hostess and pointed out that I still had not received a menu and dirty dishes were still on my table and I had not received a glass of water upon which she gave me a menu. I noticed that the people in the booth in front of me had a problem and called for the manager who never showed up and they eventually went ahead and left. It was 20 minutes before somebody came and took my order. I was disappointed, the breadsticks were tough I dont know how you can make bread tough but they were tough the salad which I love, I love their salad, and while it tasted good I dont like to see chunks of the white core in my salad I wish they had been more discriminating. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it tasted good but somebody didnt take care of how it was plated it looked like it was just kind of dumped on and that the sauce was a little on the skimpy side. During the time I was there another couple came and sat in the booth in front of me and they finally left. During the time I was there at least four people waited on me and not very well I never did get a refill of water even though I point it out to one of the waitstaff I couldnt seem to get a refill of water. Years ago I used to come to the Olive Garden at least once a week and then I noticed that the price went up the service went down and I stopped going to the Olive Garden. Recently I found myself in a place call Flagler Beach Florida and I went to an Olive Garden and it was fabulous, everything was fabulous the service was fabulous the food was fabulous so I decided to try the Olive Garden in Miami and that was my error. I this was not a very good experience and I would not waste my money going back.

Muy pero muy mal servicio. En el dia de ayer 25 de enero hemos llegado a comer aproximadamente a las tres de la tarde entramos tres personas pedimos nuestra comida el cual se tardaron demasiado , todos los que entraron depues que nosotros fueron servidos primero. la comida llego fria , y el mesero nunca recargo el vaso de coca cola , el mesero de nombre mike con la jarra en la mano y con coca cola le tuve que pedir que me agrege mas coca cola , siendo que a las personas que estaban sentadas alrededor le hacia refill sin problemas. nunca mas regreso a comer a ese restaurant.

If I could give zero stars I would. Normally I order from the Olive Garden in Homestead, but I was in the area visiting family (this was very early August 2017) The service was OK. I tried to call ahead but they wouldnt let me place the since it was after a certain time. At this time I was on a health kick so I order a salad. The waitress came out with the food and didnt even charge me for it. I asked her several times why and tried to give her my card but she refused and said dont worry about it. All was well with the world until I mixed my salad with the dressing took my first bite, then went for the second and discovered a black worm!!!!! See pictures!!! Not ever again will I order anything from Oliver Garden period, I can only assume the lacking standards are across the board. Havent eaten lettuce since. Excuse the half eaten bread in the pics from my brother.

I went to Olive Gardens on 12/02/2016 and I use those little Kiosk to paid but they already add the tip on my bill. I swipe my card but I want to upgrade my tip because my waitress provided me with such a great service but that machine already process my payment. I told the waitress that I would like to cancelled my transaction to start over and she want to her manager and she said it was fine. I start over and that kiosk do not want me to reused the same card so I use my husband card. I get home check my account and realize that I was charge twice but after 3 days they refund me my money on January 09,2017 They want and draft again in my account the same amount that was credited to my account for a charge and food that I did not purchase. I am giving that bad review not for the service the waitress provided or the food is because of the manager negligence.

Worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I went there and he ordered a chicken scampi and I ordered the chicken Alfredo. My order came out ok but my boyfriends order was just the spaghetti and chicken (no sauce or any type of peppers or onions were added to the plate like it should have been) we called the waiter and he said he knew it looked weird so he was going to take it to get fixed. The next plate came out just right until he bit into it and found a super thick short black hair. The manager came back and said she would take his meal of the ticket and when they brought the ticket they charged him 6 dollars for a salad (which is included with every meal even mines and they only bring one bowl of salad per 2 or 3 people and its unlimited salad). The manager was arguing with us and not making any sense at all. I will never go back here again.

Worst Olive Garden I have been to! I only came here with my mom to order food to-go and we were treated very poorly. The lady who handed us our menus was incredibly rude and was not helpful whatsoever. Luckily the man who took our order was nice and friendly. Once we got our food we noticed that they served us more soup than our actual entree! Also, for example I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and there was no chicken AT ALL.... by the time I noticed I was already home. These people have no care for customers and verifying the goods they are selling.. I have never experienced this at any other Olive Garden I have been to, and trust me I have been to plenty. This was ridiculous and I am never coming back to this place. I only write this to make sure other people are aware and do not waste their time or money coming here.

Worst Olive Garden around! The server was so brain scattered to the few tables he had except the young girls he waited on hand and foot. I ordered a long island tea and had to have it taken off the bill cause it was so bitter I couldnt take 2 sips, then I ordered the Tour of Italy but instead of the alfredo I wanted angel hair pasta with red sauce, when the waiter brought it out he didnt have it right and it took 15 min to fix it, then as we handed him our card to pay he went in the back and disappeared for another 15-20 min, my husband was furious as to why it was taking so long and him having our card in the back, finally we told the manager and he stood there dumb founded and did nothing. We will not be going back to this Olive Garden ever again!
