They got a customers order wrong in front of me, the cashier whose label said "Asst Manager", gave the woman an attitude and told her she didnt order her order with pesto, another worker immediately cut in and said it was no problem. I placed my order and was immediatly greeted with an attitude, which is fine, I dont care, I am just here to buy some food and get out. I asked for a receipt and "Asst Manager" said "you dont need nothin", after insisiting on the receipt, she finally complied. Got my order wrong, I said I did not ask for cheese, she told me "you didnt say nothing about no cheese". How is this woman employed, let alone an assistant manager? Good gracious, get someone competent in charge please. I will not be going here anymore.

wow this place is very unprofessional.. an employee walked in and started talking about how everyone in her house was sick recently, then proceeds to make smoothies. The young kid at the counter response to her by saying s*** I want to be on a mountain where youre at. Then he says he had mistaken her for what she had said. Im assuming he thought she was talking about being high either way it wasnt the right conversation to have in front of customers. They clearly did not go to any training. Skip this location go to the one on Northlake they are classier and more welcoming.

Look, Ill be honest I love this place to death but the service here recently has taken a turn for the worst. I have to ask for my chips every single time because they forget it when theyre not getting my order completely wrong. Bathrooms are never clean and this place reeks of bad hygiene as it is. Gateway Boulevard location is very much the same. New shop in Wellington and Commercial Boulevard in Lauderdale are far more exemplary.

I agree with the other reviewers, this location is weird. The people are slow and seem very bothered by you when you order. When I visited this location the girl had a cold. She was sneezing all over and coughing too; it was gross. Of course after that visit my wife and I got sick too hmmm wonder why. When youre in the food service industry its very disgusting and rude to allow employes to work while their sick, yuck!!

I think this best location in my opinion. Ive been coming here for about a year now. The employees are polite and they will fix your smoothie to your preference, I wasnt pleased with one of my smoothie because it was too watery and the employee fix it with no attitude. I would literally drive past northlake and Donald Ross locations to visit this one.

Ive always had good service here. They make the King Caesar Wrap better than any other location! When its too busy they will even have someone take orders verbally while keeping a queue for their single cash register. It would be nice to see corporate help them with getting a second cash register for their lunch rush.

25 min for a smoothie, and they managed to screw it up. 2 people that looked like the people that worked here came in and got smoothies, got them for free, and left before mine was done. Very rude and the restroom was a mess as well. Ruined my day.

Fernandy is literally the best person here made my smoothie on time and on point. Cant say the same about others, restroom was disgusting. Fernandy even mixed my protein shot throughly, amazing he deserves a medal

TERRIBLE service. One of the employees rolled his eyes and completely ignored me when I asked a question. The manager is utterly inept and kept mumbling while I explained my grievance. Will never go again.

Not very nice. Smoothie was very watered down. Triple berry oat tasted like Splenda and ice. The one is Stuart is great. I dont know whats wrong with this one. Yuk.
