I went in Sunday and there wasnt that many people working because I guess Sundays dont get that busy well last Sunday it was pretty busy well this young girl she is new I think or just havent seen her face before I think it was Hailey or Kaylee not very sure she had a sweet low voice she was helping all the costumer doing such a wonderful job and she gets to me "thank you for waiting my name is Hailey/Kaylee would you like..." very sweet young girl she got all my food together and then brought it out for me because its hard for me to hold things because I have a cane she pulled my chair out for me and asked me what I wanted to drink and if I wanted any sauces or salt or anything like then she went over got my drink came back with napkins and everything else then as Im about to go she came up to me asked me how everything was and asked if I wanted a refill I told her I was fine then she helped me to my car this Boston market is the best I wont go to any other one but this one the people here are very friendly and always happy thank you guys for your great service! We need more people like you guys working.

The food was good but the drink machine was out of order and they was serving drinks from the 2L bottles no problem but when I said I didnt drink soda there respond was not a good one they have other options but it was presented to me I asked about water they said I could have some but still other options was not given to me like sorry for the inconveniences about the soda machine but we have ice tea lemonade strewberry lemonade water and bottle soda hope you enjoy your meal nothing I was turned off of my meal and disappointed with the service.

Called to order a large order, Manager was extremelly rude to me, spent about 10 minutes talking loud on how i should have gave them more time to prepare the order. Is like they dont want the catering business. Horrible management. Otherwise, staff was very friendly.

Food was cold Ordered a chicken breast with 2 sides They gave me two... interesting,to be honest I had not been to this business in about 2 years.Customer service very Friendly over all and I see staff upkeep the wish the meal was not over 10.00 dollars.

Okay this is not what Im used to when it comes to Boston Market. Im used to my chicken at least having some flavor. The chicken I just got was horribly dry and not seasoned! I wouldnt recommend.
