Been to this place several times, very inconsistent services.... ok actually VERY BAD SERVICES . Last time we were at this place(2016)this store was empty but we had to sit and wait for 5 minutes, then the restaurant servers told us to get out of the store because they were cleaning up .... yeah, thats nice, ask customers to get out so u can clean!!!!???? Wtf !!! This time we got there, our server didnt check on us once!! We told him we need another plate, he disappeared and we had to ask ANOTHER waiter. Then later on we had to asked a THIRD waiter for napkins because he did NOT check on us AT ALL!!! On a not so busy TUESDAY morning with some EMPTY SEATS !!!! I never had a problem with the food ever before, but this time I order a chicken fajita omelette, and they gave me this plain omelet with 3 pieces of BURNT BLACK colored veggie strips and a little chicken on top of the omelette, there was NOTHING INSIDE the omelette, and NOTHING ELSE other than that pathetic burnt 3 pieces of pepper. I asked the server if thats normal and wheres the peppers in my fajita, he pointed to that burnt 3 pieces of black stuff and told me thats it....!!!!! WOW!!! JUST WWOOWW!!!! And thats the ONLY interaction we had with the waiter!!!! FYI, he didnt ask me hows the food, I caught him while he was walking right by us!!!! Worst experience ever

Die Waffeln sind lecker, aber der Geschirrspüler scheint defekt zu sein. Nachdem sich der Kellner nach einiger Zeit entschuldigen kam, weil der Koch nur die Hälfte der Bestellung gemacht hatte und es noch ein wenig dauern würde, bis alles fertig sei, bekamen wir unsere Waffeln auf dreckigen Tellern. Unter meiner Bacon Waffel befand sich Blaubeersirup und am Rand war getrocknete Schokolade. Ebenfalls auf dem Teller meiner Begleitung befanden sich Rückstände des Menüs des Vorgängers. Definitiv ein NoGo! Daher nur 2 Sterne.

Absolutely unacceptable. Wanted to call our order in at 2 a.m. but the line was busy, which would give one the impression that they were super busy. WRONG!!!! When we arrived there were literally no customers in the building. The one server that was there, Ms. Faye, looked like she would rather be doing anything else but her job. We were warm and friendly only to get blank stares and one-word responses from her. Okay, Ill take that. I ordered the Chicken Florentine Crepes to go and specifically asked for extra Hollandaise 3 TIMES. Lo and behold, I get home and there is a HALF a cup of Hollandaise sauce that is supposed to drench two full-sized crepes. How? I simply refuse to eat dry crepes. Now here it is 3 a.m. and Im trying to call back but of course the line is still busy which means they simply take the phone off the hook at night because they dont want to be bothered with customers. Management will hear about this in the morning.

Waiters/waitresses unattentive unless you were at table that waitress stood and talked to, the entire 45min we were there! He brought my food 10minutes before my husband, I was done so my husband refused to eat while I sat and watch him, mind you he watched me eat! Complained and Mgr removed only his meal had to pay for coffee which took 10min to get and no explanation of why this happened but waiters were in the bathroom a lot and waitresses kept walking outside and smoking leaving patrons to sit and suffer! Mgr was useless more interested in taking names as because no one was getting food there now was a wait to be seated. Several times tried go and have breakfast this is the LAST TIME! I DONT RECOMMEND! NEEDS NEW STAFF POOR MGMNT

It was a very bad experience for me and my kids. We waited to be seated for at least 25 min. There was no one else there sitting waiting. There were also tables available. All the employees just walked passed and never said a word. They didnt care to ask if Ive been taken of or anything. They didnt even look my way. I just ended up leaving because I started to feel very disrespected. My kids cried because they were very hungry but I couldnt have them waiting any longer and then even more longer to be served the food. This will be my first and last time coming here. Worst customer service ever!!!!

It never seem to fail. The service is horrible every time I go its always something. Today i had my last straw, we ordered and sat down for maybe 15/20 min to find out they ran out of half the stuff we ordered. I should have caught on because the Sunday before I went and they did the same thing to my mom with what she ordered and they brought me out cold food then I told them and they brought it back still cold. Also when I was ordering I heard the waitress telling guests what they didnt have. Done going here like I live locally and I love ihop but they lost me... done. SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

Ce lieu est ouvert 24/24 . On peut y dejeuner tous le temps pour un prix correcte( pour 6 personnes dont 2 enfants cela nous a coûté environ 58$ sans le tips ( le service qui nest pas compris et quil faut rajouter environ 8%) car cela nest pas indiquer sur laddition.

A week after I visited, I was looking over my bank statement and realized that ihop charger my card twice for two different amounts $40 and $39.90. I waited over 30 min to talk with management and still nothing was done. Im forced to wait for my money to be returned to my card and they didnt even offer anything as a courtesy for their FORTY DOLLAR MISTAKE that caused my account to overdraft and get charged a fee. My experience with my food and waiter wasnt horrible but my experience with my payment and management was ridiculous.

The worst IHOP in a nice neighborhood. Ive tried to give this place a better review however every time I go I have a bad experience. Food takes forever and arrives cold many times. Rude staff always bickering with each other. If it wasnt so close to my house I would never go. I dont give many negative reviews however this one is deserved. The place is clean and the food is standard IHOP so on a pinch it will do. Just dont expect graet service or your food to come out quickly or hot

Unfortunately received some sub par service that made my experience here unpleasant. Always drove by this IHOP and thought it would be nice to stop in and grab a bite. Initial service was good but was difficult once one item was brought out still frozen, not hot as it is usually served. Returned item and had it sent the same way again with no sort of resolution to the issue by the waitress. Otherwise, good location cause the other food items were good. They can definitely improve.

Its OK. As some of the other reviewers have noted the food comes out cold. My portion sizes was fine. The wait was reasonable, I was told 15 minutes but it turned out being less even though it was a Sunday which is a busy day. There was a balloon maker there which was making balloons for the kids for tips, which was nice. People are nice and friendly and the place was clean and reasonably staffed. I would recommend but they need to work on bringing out cold food.
