I was in the other day and glennis the manager was working she has always been rude and raciest to us and i found out that they like hring drug addicts who are on blues who has people sell out of the back of the employees car while employee is on shift. They are never on time with food. If i was the store manager i would fire glennis instead of giving her a write up every time she does something wrong. I have called the bbb and corperate they do nothing about it instead of firing her they fire someone new on shift. This woman must be fired how many people have to compain and how many years before this woman looses her job???? I was a frequent customer until feb 2015 and this was my first experience since then this is bad i will not go there again till she is fired.

This is the dirtiest restaurant Ive ever been in, its disgustingly filthy, the floors were sticky tacky dark dirty throughout, they appeared to not have been cleaned for weeks.. The tables were dirty, the ketchup dispenser was empty and broken, and we saw flies. I warned my family that lives in the area to not go there. Its hard to believe management doesnt care. This rating doesnt deserve 1 star.

This Burger King location offers a Coca Cola Freestyle machine that lets to mix your own custom soda! The only issue I have here is their drive-through; its too narrow on the turns. If you have a long bed truck you will definitely have a pain getting around the last turn out of the drive-through.

Slowest drive-thru ever!!!! Waited FIFTEEN minutes for two sandwiches and two shakes. A huge order that was behind us, came out first. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich w/cheese and they charged me for the cheese, but forgot it on my sandwich.

After receiving the worst service ever from the BK on the corner of Northlake & Old Dixie - I came to the this BK and was shocked how good the service seemed. The employees were friendly too? Definitely not the same franchise owner.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Food is good as well, and their salads are fresh and crisp. Wish they had French dressing as one of their dressing options. Overall...a good fast food place.

Not a bad location, but like most fast food locations the staff is always changing. You wont see the same ones twice and they never get to know your preferences.
