I just got back from Brunch(3/27) and I have to say Im very disappointed. This was my third time at the new location.. I used to go a lot when it was located on Lincoln road and the service was way BETTER!! Like most restaurants after they expanded the quality and service went down. Our waiter was extremely rude, I understand it was him alone servicing the whole entire outside area but he had a nasty attitude. He brought coffee with no sugar or cream..I asked him twice and still nothing. I ended up asking a bar back and by time I got it my coffee was cold. I had the French toast and turkey scrabbled eggs, it was disgusting!!! My husband and I who took our friend raved about how amazing the food is..we were wrong!!! I most likely will never eat here again. I miss the old location where it was smaller, more intimate and the service and food was so much BETTER!!!!

I have been there a few times with my wifes recommendation and they were great. We wanted to have a lunch there last week, and ordered our favorite dish "Skillet Salmon With Quinoa" and green tea. The fish and Quinoa were way different than before. The Quinoa was way darker (burned) and honestly smelling. Fish was not medium well as we ordered instead it was well done. Honestly, even green tea was weird. When we asked if they make any staff change they told us that they change the chief. A few other tables were also complaining and agreeing with us that how badly they changed. They offered complimentary desert but we did not want anything, and pay the full price and left. Very bad experience, I will not go back again.

Weve just came there to try the tasty Key Lime Pie and went therefore through half of Miami Beach. Unfortunately, they had sold the last piece of cake before, what was really disappointing. The guy recognized our reaction and offered us many of the other cakes. We didnt want to buy any of them but he convinced us to try another one, so that we had not gone the long way for nothing. So he gave us a really delicious piece of cake to try for free. One minute later he brought us also water to drink - also for free! He was really nice, although we did not buy anything. Thanks for this kind experience. A very sympathic cafe!

I have been here previously. However, I stopped by on Sunday afternoon with my wife and son. There were no more than 8 people in a place that seated at least 75. They asked if we had reservations. After going to the computer to check his reservations, he asked how long we planned to stay, as they had so many previous reservations. My wife responded with 30 minutes. After a couple of minutes the matridee petentiously pondining the computer screen, I told him we changed our minds and decided to eat cake somewhere else.

the hostess was the ONE good thing there ... she was nice and pleasant. the food was nothing special ... next time were going to books and books. our waiter was this arrogant guy with large glasses ... very rude and dismissive ... no offense pal, but your are a server ... hello?! he only bothered to check up on us once and at the end, he abandoned our table and we never saw him again ... such a bad attitude! he basically is the reason that ill never go back and will never recommend anyone ever going there.

I came here for desserts, after hearing that Oprah thought it was the best place for cakes in America, lol. I had a strawberry caramel cake, a cup of home made vanilla ice cream, and I also had a raspberry lemon cake. The cake was very over rated. Ive had much better cake. It wasnt bad, it was just okay. However, their ice cream was one of the best ice creams I ever had. I dont know what they put in it but it was excellent!

This place is run by idiots! The manager James refused to sell me a cake because they need it for the restaurant service. On top of it, if I came in and ordered it by slice he said he wouldnt sell to me either! Isnt that something? Or am I missing a point? Is it to cover managements poor planning that they would rather keep it on display than sell it? Its a shame! Well, going to Epicure, where they actually sell cakes.

Visiting Miami from New York City. I went there last night with my family- a table of six. Had such fantastic appetizers, delicious entrees, great wine, and excellent desserts. Wish all family meals went this smoothly. I highly recommend it! Apps: The Baked Brie, the Shrimp Tempura, and the Duck Breast. Entrees: The Ahi Tuna, the Mahi Mahi, and the Skirt Steak. Desserts: Flourless Chocolate Cake!

My entire to go dinner order was incorrect or missing items. I was very explicit that the salmon on the kale ceaser salad should be in a separate box. Nope that did not happen. The kale ceaser salad was also missing the shredded cheese on top! My other salad was missing the eggplant! I called the Restraunt the person who answer the phone said sorry and hung up! It ruined my dinner!

Avocado Salad is a must!!!!! I have been coming to this location little over 2 years!!!! Im absolutely addicted! I love it!!!! Food is very fresh, healthy, and light!!!! There is something for Everyone to enjoy!!!! My husband and kids love it!!!!! One of our favorite spots in South Beach!!!!

I wouldnt get the lemon ricotta pancakes if you want the traditional type. The French toast is really good! The burger was amazing. Coffee is ok they claim its better than panther coffee (which is across the restaurant) but I would say just wait and get Panther Coffee afterwards.

I was so excited to try the cake after reading such awesome reviews but once I had my cake (2 different kinds), I was very disappointed. The cakes tasted worse than frozen cake you get at Walmart. Unfortunately, I wont be returning to satisfy my sweet tooth in the future.

The guava French toast is sooo good and the general $value is good too. The chocolate soufflé is no soufflé though, only a flourless cake and we had to argue over the coffee price, since they charged more than what it said on the menu.

Good food and very friendly service. We had two gluten & dairy free plus one vegan in our party and they handled perfectly. Surprised it wasnt busier on Thursday night, but guess is just a bit back from the beach.

Great food, HUGE servings, mid price but for the beach it is a great deal. The cafe is very casual feel, great for kids. Service is so so, waiter was not attentive, but excellent food made up for it.

Great cakes but average food. A few years ago the food was amazing by its just average. Please bring back the breakfast burrito this was the best breakfast dish in North America. I am not kidding.

OMG I still have dreams about the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes I had here. A perfect plate, wow. Service was top notch too. I went back the next day for cake! I am so glad I stumbled upon this place :-)
