I never post reviews. Ever. But I just had to. This place is awful. The worst IHOP Ive ever been to in my life. I moved to Miami Beach about a year ago and took my daughter to IHOP the day after we arrived. I remember the service being less than stellar and the place just looked dirty. I havent been back for a year, but today I decided to take my daughter out for lunch. After seeing that Dennys was closed for maintenance, we settled on IHOP. What a mistake! They sat me and my 1 year old at a table in the center with everyone in the place staring at us. Our waiter didnt get to our table for about 10 minutes, and only after the other waitress working told him to help me. When he finally came I asked to switch to a booth. I finally ordered, and we didnt get our food for about 20 mins. The food was HORRIBLE. I ordered a chicken bacon avocado ranch sandwich without tomatoes. I got a sandwich with tomatoes and without ranch. The fries were cold. When I finally got my waiters attention he took the sandwich back and brought it back out with a TON of ranch coming out of it. They were understaffed and the waiter I had was waiting all of the tables because the waitress who was there was busy sitting at a table chatting it up with her friend (the one who wouldnt stop staring at me in the beginning). The worst part is the manager was there joining in their conversation. These people dont have a clue how to run a decent business. Whoever owns this place should re-evaluate what theyre doing. They need to fire everyone and start fresh. The absolute worst chain Ive ever been to. I will not ever go back there and would not recommend to anyone.

If youre a tourist or a local, I suggest not eating here, go to one of those mom and pop latin restaurant a few blocks up the road instead. I went there one night with my friends to have dinner and the waitress seated us and walked away. Before settling in to the table we decided to relocate to a window seat instead so we picked upper cutlery and moved. As we were about to sit down at the window seat the waitress yelled from across the room, "Hey you cant sit there!" as if we were kids. Not wanting to cause any unnecessary confrontation we decided to go back to our assigned seats like the good students we were. I was a bit more composed but my friends were outraged. When the waitress returned to take our order I politely asked why we were not allowed to sit where we wanted to, considering were paying customers. She responded by saying that she was trained by the managers to structure the seating of guest in a particular way to make it easier for her when there isnt enough employees on duty. I dont blame this employee, I blame the management. It is absolutely ridiculous that I am not allowed to sit where I prefer in a restaurant--Im a paying customer, there are a ton of other establishments in the area that I can spend my hard earned money in. My friends and I walked out and went to Dennys instead. This is not a review on the quality of their food, just service.

My husband and I along with another couple arrived around 8 this morning. There was a disgruntled customer complaining about a particular waitress. We werent going to let that deter us though. The waitress he was complaining about seated us. We waited for 15 minutes without so much as her taking our drink order. When we asked her if we could have something to drink, she walked away to get another waitress. We waited another 10 minutes. During this time the waitress that seated us seated a family and within 5 minutes took their order. We asked the manager why a waitress wasnt assigned to us and he informed us that waitresses arent assigned tables. So basically no one served us because they didnt want to. He made no apologies and offered no explanation. We left immediately. Its only 1 star because I cant give 0. Very disappointing.

This place sucks I was part of an 8 party, we arrived a lil before 10:30pm. The waitress said that they dont have any burgers or sliders. They told us this was a corporate location and you dont get what you paid for. Also was told by waitress that shes just filling in and the food truck delivery comes the next which was Friday, she also recommend we try another IHOP. Hasbrowns came out with raw onions and peppers, steak tips werent fully cooked. Advertising shows specials but this location ran out of those items...I couldnt make this stuff up worst IHOP ever cmon South Beach SMDH...FYI if I could have done this review without leaving one single star I would be glad to do so this location deserves no stars Dehec should shut yall down for being so terrible and running out of regular common food items like Burgers...

IHOP ist aus meiner Sicht eine großartiges Frühstückskonzept. Da es sich um ein Franchise Unternehmen handelt sind die Läden etwa gleich. Wir waren in diesem IHOP bei Miami. Die Portionen sind riesig. Der Service ist gewohnt gut. Natürlich darf man à la carte Essen erwarten, aber wenn es süß und fertig sein muss, ist man hier genau richtig.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! The overnight crew was horrible, especially a certain younger, chubby man with curly hair. He had a horrible attitude without reason even before any issue arose. It would be fair to say he prejudged us. After we left a cash tip on the table and came to the register to pay, he made a sly comment as we signed the check saying, "oh, wow...no tip?" The audacity. I will NEVER eat there again and am so infuriated with my experience at this particular IHOP that I will contact the Better Business Bureau. I do not suggest eating at this establishment to anyone unless you are prepared for the server to argue with you.

ROACH on my TABLE!!! Came in for dinner tonight. Service was decent. But the night ended with the waiter dropping off a check, with a hand written amount he felt he deserved. And when he picked up the plate, a roach crawled out from under the plate. The waiter was "surprised" at the roach. And said they didnt have managers. Its 7pm on Saturday mind you.... we were made to pay for the meal in this roach infested restaurant and I have pictures of the "guest" and the check at this location... this was disgusting. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Most unprofessional dinner I have ever had. My waiter was Jordan.

Its IHOP what more can I say its not a 5star dinning you pay to eat you get food any complaints are usually grumpy people or people who are just are unhappy period. And feel the need to complain its not the royal kitchen of kings and queens just quick stop in to get a bite to eat.... NOW THINGS THEY COULD WORK ON ARE.!! Parking is horrible only like 10 parking spaces and construction has began next door hopefully to accommodate the heavy Sunday morning rush which can have upto 30min to 1hr wait time. And is very crowded

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. I first call and asked if they did orders for pick up and the woman I spoke to told me that that I had to come in to get food. No more than a min later I had my friend call in and just say he was ordering for pick up and immediately the same woman started taking the order. 10 min later I go to pick up the food n head home. After eating the waffles and some of the chicken pieces, I bit into this one and to my disgust, it was BARELY cooked inside. Praying I dont sick
