I enjoyed my food that for sure. Issue I had was getting there on a late night at 11:32pm and was seated by the manager. With 2 waitresses on duty I waited to be served till 11:51pm. Finally the waiter took my order as I ordered a drink and appetizer and behold at 12:23am my appetizer made it to my table before my beverage. My cheesestix good until the maranara sauce was cold as if it just came out.of the fridge. I stopped my waitress to get me hot maranara sauce and I waited 10 minutes to get the sauce. Finally my me and my friend order was taken at 1:03am and again the food came to the table before the drinks again at 1:45am. We both ordered steaks and our sauce got to the table at 2am in which clocks went foward that night which made it 3am. So now at 3:36am we are waiting for our bill and drinks never refilled and no waitress checking in on the table at this point I am looking at the time 4:11am and brings our bill at 4:11am and she charges my card and brings me back the copy I need to sign. I never received the bill to make sure I am paying for my right food and it csme out to $44.00 we then ask for to go containers and we received no bag to lave it in and then all the waiter could say was sign my receipt and leave it on the table but where is my copy to see what I ordered and more. So I ended up putting a $5.00 tip but I removed off the sheet. The manager seemed sluggish and no authority. Worst experience I have ever had at Ihop. This Ihop I will no longer go to again of management giving service like this. I know other Ihops that has better service. Going back to my Miami international Ihop best service ever!

Absolutely horrible, HORRIBLE. Do NOT go to this IHOP. Horrid. Every time Ive ordered at another IHOP, I get the t-bone steak. Normally, this comes with eggs but I prefer it with fries. This is the only location that refuses to provide fries with my damn food. Honestly, how hard is it to replace the eggs with fries? Not only that but Im greeted with an attitude upon asking for this simple change. Stating that it just could not be done when Ive gone to other locations and it is done for me. Why would I pay for something Im not going to eat? The staff is just unwilling to do so. Completely unhelpful and useless. So, not only can I not get my fries, but Im forced to eat my food with disgusting, dirty silverware that appears as if it were washed by a two year old. Stained with scum and water marks, everything there has it. From the silverware, to the cups, to the plates. The whole restaurant is disgusting and dirty. As if the staff, lack of customer service, and cleasiness wasnt bad enough, this location is INFESTED with sugar ants. These creatures have totally dominated, making their home on every table. I thought it was just my date and I that would be dining. Oh no, we had to share our table with unwanted guests.

First off, my food was not correct I order chicken and waffles and they told me after I order that their was something wrong with their waffle machine. They offered me something else but still charged me for my waffles and extra topping that I ordered on my waffles that I did not get. To top it off I was charged twice for my order and they have yet to give me my money back. The manager keep giving me the run around. I called them the day after explaining to them that I was charged twice and the man told me it would take 3-5 days twice its been 3 weeks and I still havent gotten my money yet. Then they gonna tell me that its something wrong with their credit card machine and this happen before and they looking into it. The worse IHOP I ever been to. I need they cooperate manager number cause this has been long and I called them Wednesday and once again he told me it would take 3-5 days its been 5 days and I still havent got my money back.

RATING 1 STAR..NOT BECAUSE OF iHOP BUT BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SO I HEADED OVER AT ABOUT 4:45 A.M. SUNDAY MORNING... I CALLED AHEAD AO MY FOOD COULD POTENTIALLY BE READY BU THE TIME I GET THERE..SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINS...BY THAT TIME I ALREADY GOT THERE...GOR THERE AND 3 WAITRESSES ..NO ONE GREATED OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME NOR THE 3 GUESTS AFTER ME TO GET A TABLE..SO I WAITED ABOUT 15 MINS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE..FINALLY GOT MY ORDER PLACED...TOOK ANOTHER 20 MINS TO GET THE FOOD...THE 3 WAITRESSES WERENT RUDE JUST SLOW AND NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL.....HORRIBLE SERVICE...AND I KNOW THEY MAY BE FRUSTRATED AT 5 A.M. WITH EVERYONE BUT STILL! DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVW TO LACK IN SERVICE...ANYWAYS THEN I GET HOME AND I ORDERED THE STEAL OMLETE ....I NOTICED IT WAS MISSING THE GREEN ONIONS AS WELL AS HASHBROWNS....UGH WHATEVER I ATE IT TO SATISFY MY HUNGER...WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

I have been coming here every sunday for the last 6 months and always was a pleasure to visit this place.But today was the worst service ever!!! After we wait for the coffee and an OJ for 15 min,and the food came incomplete bc she didnt put the right order...The food was horrible,the OJ had a hair and i told her that was really grease and she said that the food was always grease for her!!! Nice answer.... I called the manager and he was sitting on the back,the waitresses told me like 4 times that he will arrive to the table soon and never happened!!! That waitresses is the worst ever!!! I dont even know her name bc she never mentioned!!! But she seems really nice at the beginning and she not even know how to order the food.... she is an african american tall ladie!!! That was working today sunday july 17 2016 in the afternoon shift....i will never come back to this place .......

I have been going there for years with family & it was always a 50/50 chance on whether or not we were going to get decent or horrible service. bad attitudes, untrained personnel, orders done wrong, & food Cooked wrong. My last experience was the last straw. Me & my party of 2 sat for 15 minutes waiting for our name to be called while another party of 5 came in after us was seated within 2 minutes. When the hostess was approached about why they were seated before us when we were waiting before them on the benches in front of the hostess podium her response was our names were called. From the kitchen? We were seated right in front of you. I will not go back to that location neighborhood support be damned.

Everyone knows IHOP is small, packed on weekends and has not decided to build larger waiting areas, so for that Im not going to rate them bad.... Pack ur patience... Maybe the CEO/CFO and corporate powers will notice the ridiculous wait times we all have to endure for the food. Hands down, I wait, for cheese eggs,seasonal red velvet pancakes,steak tips and/or my 2-2-2. Z so with that said, it did rosy was awesome as usual, coffee was delicious, hot cocoa was great and Gilma at the Miramar parkway location was the nicest server ever! Ms.Egypt was ok but could smile a little more esp when seating patrons who often have been waiting for 10-20 mins. IJS!
