You never get your order the way you ordered. Something is either added or not given. For the price we pay nowadays, the food orders should be perfectly received. I understand they are busy and an error can happen but there is always something. Napkins thrown on top of fries, who will use them, they are greedy and wasted corporate money.

Bad experience i ordered a whopper jr and a number 11 and the cook mixed the meat with the chicken in the broiler. You cant mix meat with chicken due to contamination. The staff was cursing even tho the manager told them customers were in the front. Just a bad bad situation wont visit that BK anymore. Took 20 minutes to get my order

The customer service at this location is just as expected. There use to be a woman on the speaker that was a pleasure to speak with when placing an order. Shes definitely not there anymore. You can have the best food in the world but if your face says dont bother us, I wont. Been complaining about this for years. No changes yet

I visited that location this morning ordered a whopper no mayo and no pickles cheese cut in half waited 15minutes and when I arrived at work pull my whopper out its cold onion rings was hot whopper cold I couldnt turn around to exchange it very disappointed

First of all they gave me old French toast sticks and they fried it in old oil which is very bad for people health insurance didnt even eat waste of money. When do these people change the cooking oil. Im going to report this place to the health department.
