I bought a Groupon deal for very cheap (20$ for a full 3 course meal for 2, minus drinks). However, it looks like everyone and their mom also bought the Groupon too, as it took us nearly 10 minutes to get seated with a group of 4. The place was very understaffed, as the hostess was also acting as a waitress and answered phones in the back. Everyone was doing everything it seemed. It took us 45 minutes to get our appetizer, and another 45 to get our food. The place was so crowded with huge groups (20+) of people with screaming kids that I just could not wait to get my check and get out of there! It took another 10 minutes to get the check, not to mention we didnt have anything to drink for more than an hour. Honestly, if it werent for the sheer understaffing, it would have been much better, but the company should have plain up said that it would be almost a 2 hour wait to get out of there. We were not very pleased with the service. The food wasnt bad, however. As to be expected, the food was cooked, but it seemed that it had been sitting under heat lamps for a while. The meat was dry, but flavorful. I would probably not go back here, unfortunately, as I had a terrible experience.

I ordered the Al-Natour Family Grill Platter and salad on the side. They gave me only the grilled skewers shish, 3 skewers chicken, 3 kafta, 3 chicken kafta kabobs, and big tray of salad, costing me $ 47.99. Al-Natour Family Grill Platter is supposed to be rice and grilled meats. Asked them wheres my rice, they said it was my fault for choosing salad on the side, which is why I get no rice. So, are they saying that 3 skewers shish, 3 skewers chicken, 3 kafta, 3 chicken kafta kabobs, plus salad cost $ 47.99? And if it is my fault, they should specify on their stupid website that if you pick salad for side, you dont get rice. Plus their customer service is terrible. When I went to the counter, 2 of the employees came up to the counter, looked at me, talked to the Arabic speaking customers and left as I stood there like an idiot. When the third employee came, no hello, no greetings, not even a word. I had to say, "Hi, Im doing a pick up," in order for her to help me. I know Im never going back there.

5 out of 5 stars given for food quality, flavor and authenticity. But unfortunately the service was so terrible that I have to give one star overall. Ive read a few of these reviews and they all seem to understand what I mean when I say bad service. The host or Hostess is nowhere to be found when you walk in anytime you need your server you have to literally stand up and wave them down and then they actually give you an attitude or look at you like youre crazy because you need something at your table. At one point I actually noticed the waitress walk out of the store and go to run some errands while we were waiting for her help. She came back 10 minutes later and looked at us like she was doing us a favor by helping us. With such high overall ratings I doubt anybody will care about this review but hopefully the management will read it and attend to it ASAP. If not you probably have a loyal following and dont need the regular American folk to come visit. Such a shame because the food is amazing

Just got home from having the most memorable dining experience at Al Natour Middle Eastern Restaurant. We celebrated my daughters birthday there with family and friends in which they never had eaten middle eastern food. The food was absolutely delicious and my friends and family was so impressed that they said without a doubt they will be back again. The restaurant truly has a warm atmosphere with a wonderful staff. The service was more that accommodating from the entire staff. They went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And I must say my friends and family that came to the party are very picky eaters. The menu has an array of different selections with a great value, and was not hard for anyone to choose what they wanted. They absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. We will be coming back soon! P.s... The Baklava is the best Ive ever had! :)

This is the best place for Mediterranean food. I have been going here since its opened and I am always up for a chance to go here when I can. In fact, I want to go there right now as I write this review. Never once have I eaten something I didnt like from here. I like to order the hummus and chicken arrosa, but if you still arent a satisfied omnivore: order the mix grill platter, make sure its not the family size or youll bite off more than you can chew. I also love their ribeye steak: make sure you order this on medium or rare because the cook can over cook the steak slightly. Very good restaurant and amazing staff. I always tip 20% to 30% because you can come here for fine dining, or get a few raps and grab lunch in casual wear. This is the definition of a five star restaurant.

Went in around 10:45 pm on a Friday night. At first they did not want to take our order since they close at 11 but they managed to squeeze my family in. Sevice was slow but there were multiple tables being helped. As the waitress would come and go, we would ask for more bread and such, but she would forgot. Other than the inadequate service everything else seemed to be exceptional including the food. Wings are cheap by the dozen and the lamb shawerma is always my go to dish. When leaving, we were also told that we may not have any extra garlic sauce to go. I was saddened because the shawerma doesnt taste as good with out the sauce. Staff at al natour told us that dine cant take anything out unless its on the table. If they havent done that I would have gave them 4 out 5.

They charged me with a 6% sales tax which was fine but then they also charged me a 15% Automatic Gratuity, when I came home and looked at the receipt I was surprised about the Automatic Gratuity charge so I called them, they actually told me that it was a 15% tip that was charged by the name of Automatic Gratuity, I asked them why they charged me for the tip when I didnt even gave them permission to do so or signed the receipt for any money charged for the tip, they didnt have an answer! Always check your receipt and ask about the Automatic Gratuity charges because it is a 15% tip that they charge from you with your permission!!

I went there today at 4:00 and they werent busy, I received the worst service of my life, not attention what so ever, I have to get up from the table after waiting for long time and look for someone to correct my order, also I ask for ice and never got it, also I got the salad and the rice at the end of the meal, my son had to get up and ask for ketchup, I went to pay for the bill at the cashier and told him about the horrible services, and he just said sorry we have a truck delivery and were busy. Today was the 4th time and the last one for me and my family.
