This morning I ordered a egg and cheese crossanwich with a #10 (5 piece French toast meal) with and iced coffee. My order was taken by the manager in the drive thru. I will say it was early but he was moving very slowly and i was in a rush. My daughter is taking her SATs today and the meal and iced coffee was for her. After the lengthy stay in drive thru at this fast food restaurant I briefly checked the bag to make sure everything was there and it was. When we made it to the SATs we were early and decided to eat in the car . When i took the crossanwich out it smelled like vomit the paper that wrapped the crossanwich was oily leaving me to believe that they took sausage off my sandwich and gave it to me. The French toast sticks were distorted and warped and didnt look appetizing at all. Needless to say i went back to BK after dropping her off to her SATs. I asked for the manager and he told me that I was one of the first customers and my crossanwich was fresh, while he had more than 20 breakfast sandwiches just sitting there in the warmer looking oily just like my "fresh" crossanwich. After arguing briefly about freshness I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. I also took a pic of the 20+ ready made breakfast sandwiches. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

First time I went they had nothing but cheeseburgers than tonight 40 minute wait for a burger and onion rings than they messed up the order and took another 20 minutes for a small onion ring!! And they only have me 5 rings! The cashier was rude and not once even looked at me. Also answered me with his hands instead of words to say no when I asked fir onion ring sauce this place is a joke!! Also they had cardboard alone along the floor and boards on the Windows dId to current rain leaks. This location should not even be open!!!!

Management is poor. Employees are disrespectful. The Survey offer is a bad deal. Manager and employees in a conversation circle. Resturant is under construction. I tripped over floor tiles that are under construction. Construction related materials are scattered everywhere. Should be closed during construction. Bathroom is coed and unsanitary. Area/District supervisor needs to step up to the plate and address concerns immediately. I question my continuous loyalty to Burger King. This place is a bad example of Burger King.

One of the worst BKs ever ! I dont even think the cooperation cares about customers satisfaction. Its all about money to them because if you really cared you would of been stop the nonsense of waiting nearly 16 minutes to get out order.. Theyre understaffed and you, as the corporation, or the management needs to hire more people. Thank goodness Taco Bell is right across the street.

Despite being under construction I had one of the more pleasant Burger King experiences Ive had in a while the food was scrumdelicious and the counter help were very friendly and attentive and actually save me lots of money by having me go for their two for ones instead of trying to force an upset by getting the meal instead

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Would give it 0 stars if possible. They ALWAYS make you wait. Any time, any day, drive through or walk in. Crew is rude and extremely ghetto. I work a few blocks down and I rather drive a couple miles more and go to another BK. Save yourself the headache and AVOID this place.

Poor customer service. Some drink/ice machines not working. Tray with ketchup packets moist and sticky. Floors dirty and unkempt. Old fashioned decor... neds revamping from store to employees. Manager dont seem to care nor enthusiastic.

Everybody in MIAMI knows this is the Burger King that has the Best deal on Whoppers and Chicken sandwiches( 2/$3.99). Pretty much thats all you go to this particular BK for...the Cheap ass WHOPPERS...its been that way for years!
