Ughhh was just here on dec 25 2016 .... Had great experiences before at this spot but tonight was a mess.... had about 40-50 cars of people just parked there like a strip club or something. .....drinking liquor smokeing ganja ... big parking lot across the street ,but no parked illegally everywhere. ..cars cant get in or out.... cars doing burn outs n stuff.... and staff is ok with it... i came for munchies ended up waiting for 40 mins for basic food.... ppl walking around smoking and drinking multiple cars blasting there horrible raddleing subwoofers. ..while i was in like i counted 5 cars just giving up hope and leaving. .... like ffs there are cars these ugly big rimmed "dunks" parked in spots for customers blocking each ordering lanes.... and employees are fine with that... ok with 40 duded standing around not eating anything but rolling 7 11 in dice .... rolling dice. .... i dont know wtf was going on this night ... music video shoot or w.e but omfg sorry sonics love ya but you guys lost alot of custos by letting that stupid party go down.

I had to wait 30 minutes to order the lady that took the order was so slow. They had no oreo snickers or soething else and gave me a certain selection to choose from which is false advertisement but I understand supply and demand and sometimes things run out. Than after waiting 20 minutes for food which is expected for fresh food the milkshake was so watery how dissatifiying I have pictures. Also my food was missing so my family are without me. This is the most horrible first experience at Sonics. The only girl working here is the poor young girl in the skates. And its 9:40 I ordered at 9:07 and I have to receive my food. This is completely unacceptable and we paid about 33.50 for all 3 meals and a water shake. Horrible just despicable.

If I could leave no stars I would!! Run far away from this place. The food is so poorly made youll probably get food poisoning!! I wish I could of taken a picture of the burger I ordered. I took one bite and threw it away. The burger looked like it could be served in jail. Looked like they slapped everything on the burger in a rush. I opened the burger to pick out the tomatos and I see everything all mixed together like they had a big bucket or tomato mustard ketchup pickles and lettuce in one and scoped it up and slapped it on the burger. And the onion rings were harder than a rock and stale. Disgusting. Shut this place down. The service is horrific and the food is worse, imagine that!

Hit or miss! I received the most inedible things Ive ever gotten from a fast food restaurant here. I ordered two burgers and both patties where so hard, old, and dried out that I couldnt bite them. They were so hard that they could have been mistaken for charcoal. Anyone with eyes could have seen that those burgers should not have been served but they had the nerve to give me TWO! I was so disgusted and disappointed when I got home. Ive had some good experiences here as well but after that I questioned what kind of staff would serve those hard patties to a customer....what other disgusting practices do they follow?

Just experience the worst costumer service, by someone by the name of Ms ben, called to be a manager which her look didnt look like one. We were ordering she was getting the wrong order, and didnt let us talk, coming to a point that my husband told her to shut up and let him order so she can understand. So she decided not to get the order. Which Im glad she did once I saw all of these employees not looking clean, at All. I guess theyre not feeling the day since is Christmas and theyre working. .. Not used to put any reviews bUT this got me really mad.. And yo post it on here I have to give a star?

This is the last time I go to this Sonic, they always give me the wrong order, and the hamburgers are cold, today Saturday 8/30/2014 at 5:40pm I made my order and after paying they gave me change with coins from Canada, I complaint right away at the spot and they told me I was Lying and that they did not give me those coins, they even told me it has happened before with other customers. They told me in my face that I was trying to steal from them. I am done with this place.

Stank ass cashier. She probably dirty like these tables inside. I bet she leaves her baby in the car when she comes to work too. She look like she eat Top Ramen on the daily. Boi. She got a ravioli lookin weave. She just salty cause she worked a double on pole earlier tonight too. Its also mad cold in this bihh, just like her attitude. Naw but in all seriousness, this Sonic is garbage and is basically a trap house after hours.

Fix your hours on google. It said till 2 am but I just got told at 12:30 you are closed. Owner needs to look at reviews and pay attention. Yo wake up! Your establishment sucks. I was happy to get one in our area but Id prefer to drive to Orlando to get better food and service. Worth the money in gas tolls and time to drive to Orlando! I hope corporate is paying attention and fires you or removes you from franchise!!!!!!!

It was alright. I went about a month after it opened (November 2013) and the service there was very slow. I waited about 20 min. for them to respond when I clicked the button. Also the hot dogs there are very bad and the fries are dry. It takes them FOREVER to come out because, they usually ride on roller skates for some reason. When I was 6, I went to this Sonics in Alabama and it tasted much better.

Disgusting! The owner of this place should be ashamed of the employees they have hired to carry the sonic brand name. My sonic burger mustve been sitting there for 5 hours before they finally decided to sere it to me. The peanut butter shake was literally just whipped cream and the peanut butter topping and the tots I had were bone cold. Stay far away from this place.

Customer service here definitely sucks! Not one single employee could tell me.how.much a pitcher of beer cost. Mind you I had to ask three times. Had to ask twice for the t.v to be changed to the football game. And as they were pulling down shutters a tile from the ceiling fell right next to a table full of children. And the employees thought it was funny!!

This place is absolutely horrible!!! The service is garbage! The food was cold!! Part of my order was missing. Then I had to wait another 30 min to get the rest of my order correct!!! I dont know how this place is still open!!! This is by far the worst Sonics i have EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF EATING AT!! If i could give it negative 10 stars... I WOULD!!!!!!

Worse experice ever with ubereats connected to sonic they dont have no way to contact the uber driver if an item is missing this is their problem and responsibility to fix this and need to give you a deduction refund but they told me to come to sonic and pick it up. No!! Its more money to drive over there and drive back home this is unacceptable.
