We love Bella Romas pizzas and many of their other food offerings; we have been loyal customers for five years. Bella Roma is the only place we ever order pizza from; it is far superior to that delivered by pizza chains. Sadly, we had an experience this past weekend that was very disappointing. We ordered one Philly cheesesteak sub ($8.95). When it was delivered, the delivery person told my husband it was $17.95!! Not knowing what to expect or how much the sandwich cost, my husband handed the driver $20. I called the restaurant the next day to speak to the manager about this and, as he (or she) wasnt in, I spoke to a young woman who took my telephone number and the details around this order. She told me the order should have been $12.95 with tax and delivery fee. She assured me the manager would return my call that evening. The return call never came. It seems to me it would have been most courteous to return the call, even if there was nothing that could be done. This, to me, is what customer service is all about. In town from Chicago and wanted some decent Italian food. this place had good reviews so we figured we try it. First and foremost, the food was really good. The sauce had good flavor and the fettuccine Alfredo was not bland at all. The garlic breadsticks were some of the best weve ever had. Then came the service. The waitress was really nice and explained all our options. That was about it. Between the appetizers and our main courses we were given about 8 million plates, of which about 7 million were never picked up until we were done eating. The table was overflowing with glassware and nobody came to pick it up. Then the waitress informed us about the pizza and how the guys in the kitchen messed up, and instead of half cheese half pepperoni they put on half chicken, half pepperoni. Who the hell eats chicken on the pizza??? We had them make another one which arrived as a huge puddle of grease with a burnt crust. Not all was lost however, because as I said...the food tasted good...even the pizza. I would go back if I were ever in town again.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE and the delivery is rude and impatiently wait there while YOU personally call the restaurant to see why once again they messed up a simple order. You would think that they would appreciate your business and fix the order that THEY obviously messed up, but youll be dead wrong, after knowing they messed up, they would put you on a long hold in hopes that you eventually hang up and just pay the delivery person and get out of their hair. But if youre patient enough, they will pick up after 6 mins of hold time and still add insult to injury by telling you that they should of charged you more because you ordered crushed peppers and extra Parmesan cheese, which also brings me to the following, they dont even tell you the exact amount until the delivery person is at your door. We only order from here because we are limited to delivery restaurants in this area.

Nourriture honnête, prix honnête. Manque de propreté dans les salles de toilette et ... La cuisine. On se relâche... Succès sans doute attribuable au fait dapporter son vin... Non, merci. On y était allé il y a quelques années, mais ce fut notre dernière visite. La direction doit faire mieux, et les Québécois ne doivent pas se contenter de si peu.

Been at this location many times, and order delivery at least once a month. Love their food! Pizza is really good. Their chicken and pasta plates are awesome, and delicious meatballs!!!! For desert, go with their chocolate cake. Delivery takes about 30 to 45 minutes, guys that deliver are always super nice. Will give it a 5 stars of they had a system that would store you info by phone number, kind of like Chinese restaurants. I also believe it will help them identify their loyal clientele and send a little something every now and then ;)

I love this place!! Im a homegrown Jersey boy and I am a pizza afficianado as well as an amateur pizza eating champion. (Ok maybe not, but Ive eaten 10 pieces of pizza in under 8 mintues in a united way fundraiser.) Anyway, if youre looking for a great (not good, but great) pie then you have found the right place. I prefer to order delivery because I dont like the dining area and quite frankly the service sucks, but the pizza is right on. Also, thier dishes are ok at best.. pasta fagioli is good but the pizza is DYNAMITE!

Ok, First the Food: Their pizza is *excellent*! It is the perfect combination of sauce and cheese. The way they do the herbs is also excellent. However, the sauce is a little on the sweet side, and the food is a little expensive Secondly, the Service: We were seated almost immediately. The staff were very polite, and they took our order quickly. However, the food took a little while; but thats because theyre so busy. This restaurant is a great take out or dine in place. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Terrible food , i ordered wings that came with out dressing , dry as can be and they were outrageously priced! I paid $20.00 for 10 wings fries and a can * of coke ! The food was horrible , and customer service even worse . I would not reccomend this place . And its a shame Because they are so close to me . I literally live 2 minutes away , It would have been a easy take out or dine- in had the customer service and overall food quality been better .

Paid $4 for one cold slice made way earlier in the day. Stood there for 30 mins b4 the owner realized he hadnt even put a slice in for me yet. Got the slice after 45mins, tastes like cardboard, and the parking situation is garbage. You would think after all that i could leave but no theres a grandma amd a fat chick with no manners blocking me from leaving. Now i am 1hr late to my job. Not going here again. Wouldnt recomend it to anyone.

Bella Roma Pizzeria is the best pizza in the area! The crust is not too thin, and its cooked to perfection - crispy and full of flavor. The sauce must be grandmamas secret recipe because it has a rich, robust old world flavor without being overpowering. The best pizza yet has been the grilled chicken breast with spinach and mushrooms. Mike and his crew also provide great service and you cannot beat the value for the price.

Terrible customer service. I was placed on hold without asking for 14 minutes! Then after I placed my order and the girl taking my order just hung up. Went to the store and theyre extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When I got to the store to pick it up, I saw them take already cooked pizza off a rack and throw it back in the oven to heat it up again. Im assuming thats how they made mine as the pizza was burnt in spots.

pizza has a nice sweet taste in the sauce. do not load pizza with to many topping or it seems soggy. meatball parm sub not great for takeout. mestballs bland and most likely not fresh but frozen like so many pizza places. like many places the hot sub was soggy when i took it out of container because it goes in hot and the heat has no where to escape. Poke holes in the container will avoid this.
