My mom and I stopped in around 5:30 this evening for my Birthday dinner just us girls! Well my B-Day is 1/31 so we were early and what an experience! We got Kevin as a server and he was so happy and cheerful. Not to mention one hell of a professional. We ordered the clam chowder and BBQ scallops three pound lobsters with asparagus and yes, dessert! Not only was everything delicious but served in its proper order- appetizers-entree-dessert Kevin never let our drinks run out even brought an extra plate for the lobster shells and swapped it out when it got full. A truly awesome experience, he even wished me a happy birthday! For awesome service with a smile ask for Kevin!! FIVE STARS KEVIN!!!!

Awful service, i dont expect much because its red lobster, but asking for water on 4 different occasions seems like a fail, was actually giving my kids ice cubes to suck on so they could get some water, saw the manager called 3 times to two tables in my section but i never saw him again until we left, he meeds to do tables touches. Missing drinks, food, bread, utensils, condiments. Server should not have been on the floor in any way shape or form. Ultimately its my faukt for expecting anything less from this place

It was so awesome! The shrimps were huge and it definitely felt like I was eating more than the pound I ordered. Da mix is a great sauce and medium spice is just spicy enough that you get the kick and still can get through your whole bag. Really friendly and lovely servers, I hope this business the best of luck! Ps awesome music!!! I was dancing all dinner long.

My wife and I have been throwing up since about an hour after we left this restaurant. Not to mention the horrible service and over priced burnt food. I would rather eat dollar menu cheeseburgers from McDonalds then eat a meal for free here again. Save yourself the trouble and find another restaurant.

They raised their price a lot on the menu and it seems like theyre losing some business so the restaurants a little bit slow but they increased the amount of food you get so thats a good deal the service has been good and fast and quick it is what it is a Red Lobster restaurant

Ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Pasta, but the meat was a bit undercooked. The server Justine was so nice. She took my plate back and brought me back a nee/cooked meal. Manager on Duty: Laurent. The host was also very sweet, her name was Angelina. Great customer service!

The service was terrible, took 25 min to just order my drinks, once my drinks came we ordered our food and that was another 30 min. If it wasnt for the manager passing by our table asking us if everything was ok we probably would have waited longer.

I arrived there with my family when is was really slow and we still had to wait 15min. To be seated. Our waiter was not very attentive and the food was very sloppy. I will not be coming back here and I dont recommend it to anyone

After waiting an hour to be seated, the silverware was dirty. They brought us more dirty silverware nicely wrapped in a clean napkin along with a glass of hot water "so we can clean them " wtf ?????
