The restaurant floors were dirty. The service was terrible. The waitresses kept telling people where to sit from a distance. They didnt escort people to their tables. One waitress kept going to a table sitting and chatting with people she knew instead of waiting on her many customers. The waitress kept teaching across a divider and across other people to serve the food and didnt come to the table to serve the food. Also, the kitchen area was filthy. When we would call for the waitress, she seemed very distracted and she acted like she didnt hear me several times. I was with two other people who were very disappointed overall. I/we will NEVER go back there again!!!!

My parents have been a couple of times, I went for the first time a week or so ago, I can echo the other reviewer with regard to the decor & general appearance, the place is dirty, it needs painting, the ceiling tiles are stained & need replacing & the whole feel of the place is well, just "yucky", a good coat of paint some regular vacuuming of the floors & clearing of dirty tables & this place would feel a whole lot better.On a brighter note the food is good as is the service, no complaints there at all. LIKED: Food, service. DISLIKED: Decor, atmosphere, general upkeep of place is lacking.

This Ihop is great; its small inside but its never been an inconvenience for us. Breakfast food is great; so are the burgers. I havent and wont be trying the dinner items since this place specializes in breakfast stuff and pancakes. The cook here is very good at what he does. I suggest that the place should be cleaned better; its dirty and sticky. The highchair given to me for my son had ants and pieces of food in it and was visibly sticky and greasy. That made me unhappy. BETTER CLEANING; MORE SANITARY PLEASE!

Awful customer service. I was so annoyed at the fact that the woman taking the order didnt as much ask what I wanted to drink. She started taking orders from someone who just arrived. B I was sitting there a good 20 mins, after you brought them their drinks. Smh Im a great tipper and that deserved. 01 cents. I dont do that crap so I left. It shouldnt matter if Im one person or 5. I wouldve tipped better than them smh. Wont be going there again and I love me some IHOP

Greasy spoon. But I love it. The service is great and food pretty darn good too. Its crowded on the weekend mornings and I like the fact that its opened 24 hours. Soooo, if Im in the mood for a short stack or a burger at 3 am, then Im good to go. The only thing I dont like about IHOP, is they dont have real syrup. Its just 4 different flavored sucrose concoctions. I always bring my own real maple syrup.

Worst IHOP that I have ever been to. Service was poor, food was cold, and our waitress barely spoke to us. We had to SWITCH waitresses, which was nice because she was way better than the other and handled everything nicely. Our first waitress didnt even come over to us to apologize for anything. I will never come back to this IHOP.

Seems like the only people that complain are the ones who think they are eating at the Banana Boat or something. They have great service and I have personally ate there several times although i am not a fan on breakfast food. The managers are great and the servers are always good to me.

My friend and I have eaten here two nights in a row! Love the nostalgic feel of a "diner-type" place and the food is great. The two waitresses we had are so lovely and helpful. You dont have to wait for anything, they are right there! Love this place!

Prices are good.. Pancakes are great.. The Meat was alright.. The Waffle house might have a better taste in the meat but not pancakes if we compare. The Service was great though. Id say there are better places.

Rubbery eggs, burnt ham, bacon was not bacon texture, very meh pancakes, weird sausage, never checked on after we got our food. Broken blueberry syrup, someone in my group thought the water was weird
