Clean well organized. Love the Custumer service. Alex on the seafood friendly and helpful. Lovely and her other friend who make online sandwiches orders are Angels. They make the best cheese steak sandwiches. They always remember how I like it. The reason I am taking time to write this review is to thank The manager Zoloita. I bought some salmon, the freshness of which I did not like. I called her. She brought me roasted chicken to my house. I couldnt believe it. She apologized for the inconvenience and brought me my dinner of choice to my house. Costsco couldnt never do that. Thank you Zoloita, hope I spelled the name right. Wow

HORRIBLE experience!! At store #454 on September 6. The pharmacist named CAROLE SMITH refused to give me my medicine because my doctor and I happen to have the same last name!!!!!! After calling the assistant manager she agreed to give me my medicine- as it this was charity-!!!!!!!! At least 5 people complained about her today at the store and I will NEVER shop at that store again remember the store number 454 in Aventura.CAROLE SMITH who works for Publix pharmacy is rude and unpleasant and mean and nasty. She made a customer cry. I would like to know WHAT PUBLIX will do about store 454 and CAROLE SMITH......

Worse customer service in the deli and sub area. I got there took a number and listened as the lady "publix employee" chatted away for 15 mins in spanish about personal issues. I speak 3 lamguages so I understood everything. After a 15 min chat she finally takes the customers order and then proceeds to walk around the deli counter and chat with somone else. I was so pissed off as I bit my tongue didnt say a word! After her 5 min chat she says next customer in line. After literally 20 mins in line I was next. Then another 15 min to get a sub made. In all 35 min waiting is unacceptable!

Definitely one of the more higher-end end Publixs in the area they have a escalator for your carts, ample covered parking, Redbox options, Western Union, Lotto, Coin change machine, a Publix Liquors, Pharmacy, Cafe with all you cuban pastelito/cafecito favorites, and a great hot food section at the deli - whats not to love. With various options and a large selection this Publix is an iconic landmark for those in the North Beach community.

The largest publix that I have been in. It has a very large dedicated parking garage, full pharmacy and full liquor store downstairs, and a very expansive store upstairs. There is also a cafe area with separate seating where people seem to enjoy meeting up and chatting in front of the nice large windows at the front of the store. The store has an escalator to the top floor complete with buggy carrier to help you back down.

Today I went to have a sandwich at the delli department, it took me over good 25 minutes into finally they were able to got my order. That lady spent all most 20 minutes to make a sandwich to the person who was at front of me. Come on you guys really think we have too much time to wait? 25 minutes not kidding for a sandwich? I just cancelled my order and left is just too much.

Every time I order online they wait until I get and i ask them to make my sub that was ordered for 20 earlier. If I go in and skip the online order process they will always make a boars head even if i ask for a publix sub and complain that I wasnt specific enough. Basically they are consistently understaffed in this department when they cant take care of orders

Almost everyone here does not speak English. Most of the staff are super rude to anyone that is white. Discrimination runs deep here. Latinos are given priority. The selection isnt that bad and the store itself is alright but the lack of customer service is appalling. It shouldnt matter if Im white I am still a person.

Terrible customer service.The manager name Lee could not identify item on my receipt because it was a code that customers or manager can not understand. Finally after he went to the office to figure out it was a PIZZA. He informed the receipt cant print the word pizza because like I dont know it is a lot of pizzas.

It was nice to have a full supermarket nearby our hotel! They have everything youd need to find at home, and the prices are reasonable. Also a pharmacy, liquor store, and cafe! Everything in one place! And the escalators for people and carts make it that much easier!

This is an excellent Publix with a covered parking garage on the ground floor and the shopping is done on the second floor. Elevators and/or escalators take people and shopping carts between the two floors. Always clean and efficient like most all Publix.

Great store always fresh produce, meats and fish along with excellent cuts of Sea Bass which is very hard to find, friendly and helpful staff. I shop there at least twice a week and never had a bad experience

The bakery is excellent. Always find good produce and the kids love watching the cart go down the escalator. But be careful in the parking lot, its almost as if parking is a competetive sport in there.
