The only thing French was the croissant and it was store purchased. My breakfast was close to $20!!! Tip had to be selected even before i received my food. I had to listen to the most horrendous rap music with a loud screaming DJ in the morning. I requested the music be change to something more favorable to the atmosphere they were attempting to create, posh French Bakery.... breafast for 1 person at $20!! Ha! The waiter advised me that they "dont know how to change the music". It was hot, poor air conditioning. So i patiently waited for my $14 breakfast croissant and salad. The bread was stale, my eggs burnt and the ham, looked like the Win Dixie dated for trash ham. The lettuce was black on the edges and i was served part of the heart. $14 really? Please, see my pictures. My suggestion, NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!! Save your money. No wonder it was empty. Over priced, poor service and horrible food.

OK, I suppose all the "bad service" reviews come from cultural differences. You will never see a waiter/waitress in Europe coming to your table every 5 minutes and asking "are you OK guuuuuyssss? Thats fantastic! You need anything else? Amazing! Ill do anything for you. Do you want me to stick to you all evening long and not leave you alone?" Thats how we feel about most American restaurants. They just dont leave you alone, which is quite disturbing. That was our second good coffee (first was at Versailles cuban restaurant) in Miami. And the desserts are beautiful and elaborated with care. Totally recommended. So, if you value the quality of food/coffee more than someone licking your certain part of the body, come to this place and enjoy the food.

I went there to grab lunch. I ordered the 9.99 special. Ordered panini. Waited about 20 minutes. Restaurant was empty. Once I opened my to go bag with the sandwich , it was a tiny sandwich with barely any chicken. And the chicken was still cold inside (meaning it was not defrosted all the way). I paid over $10 for a panini that was very small that had cold chicken in it. Oh plus a cookie. I would not recommend this place. It did not feel welcoming. The lady at the front was texting on her phone and talking to the lady who was making the sandwich which is probably why it took so long. Will not go back again.

MY 28 YEARS YEARS EAT FOR A WEEK EVERY DAY, HE HAS LEFT 8 MONTHS AFTER A CANCER NOT DECLARED AT THIS PERIOD. THERE IS A REPORT ??? Mon fils de 28 ans y a mangé tous les jours pendant une semaine, il nous a quitte 8 mois après suite à un cancer non déclaré a cette période. Il y a t-il un rapport ???

Disaster, even worst than La Provence (previous owner). Service is bad, staff have high turnover. Food is not fresh, salad has always old, wilted lettuce and arugula. Avocado Chicken sandwich came without tomate spread, avocado was harder than a rock and totally tasteless, bread was old and dry (I asked for toasted version but if bread is fresh, it doesn´t get dry and hard inside). Prices are ok, but not worth it if food is so poor and prepared without dedication and love. For coffee and cakes is fine, but don´t go there for lunch please.

Horrible experience. Overpriced, no customer service. Breakfast took over 30 minutes to be brought out and, when asked for an explanation, was told that the cook had to step out for a minute and had just returned. Several employees just standing around doing nothing, and there was only two other clients being served. Had to get up from table to ask for water, to get my own napkins, and then to ask for salad dressing. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Great tranquil location. Needs work with the overall warmth and greeting of customers. They seemed as if they had more important things to do. However the gentleman server was pleasant enough. One thing of note, make sure that you ask for a fresh pot of coffee. Ours was iced cold and perhaps decaffe since it was poured from the container labeled so.

My wife and I happened onto Art Cafe about mid morning while window shopping. She had a French pastery and I had a croissant. Absolutely delicious!! While we were there, we also saw them making sandwiches for lunch. Our mid morning snack was so good that we went back to sample their sandwiches for lunch. Again absolutely delicious!!

I was given the worst French toast ever been served to anybody just three pieces of white bread, thin white bread with terrible taste also the service could have been worse , The eggs Benedict were served in top I have way white toast and it was not even toasted and it was terrible I dont recommend it it all

I was 45 inside the bakery, Im a table, and nobody served me, or asked if I wanted something to eat/drink. The waiter looked at me, passed near me, cleaned other tables, but never stopped at my table. And the place was empty most of the time.. I dont get why the never served me.

Had a lovely brunch at the Art Cafe this week with family and I cant wait to go back! The food was wonderful and the service was even better, so very refreshing. I know that I will be going back very soon, may even have to stock up on those croissants they were to die for!

Horrible service, Im allergic to blue cheese and I was specific about not adding that to my Salad and they did anyways, waited 20 minutes for a salad. When I complaint about it I was giving attitude by the manager or owner horrible service!!!! And over priced!!!

Service is terrible. They are rich and French so they really dont care about serving you. Always check your bill, they dont even know how ring the register correctly. Avoid this place like the plague.
