I have never been so disappointed and unable to do anything about it like I am right now with the experience I just had. I stopped at this store right before getting home so that I could purchase a food dish for dinner. Unfortunately, the food was completely inedible, and because there are torrential rains I couldnt go back out to return it. The bacalao (cod fish stew) was so salty it was like eating a bowl of pure salt. The plantains in syrup were spicy and I was not informed of that fact. I cant have spicy food because of my medical condition and the split pea soup tasted rancid, almost bitter. Aside from the terrible food, the service was less than adequate. Yes the servers made eye contact but didnt offer any words, making about 7 or 8 of us wait unnecessarily. They were just walking around behind the counter talking amongst themselves. Horrible experience all together.

Está buenísimo, todo se ve más limpio y organizado y el personal muy amable...no recuerdo el nombre del señor que me ayudó hoy... pero estaba organizando todo en la línea 6 y me ayudó con unas botellas de mayonesa que yo quería llevar y se dió cuenta que llevaba varias cosa en la mano e inmediatamente fué a buscarme un carrito para poner todas mis compras...así da gusto comprar cuando el personal es tan servicial...muchas gracias FRESCO.

Mi esperiencia es que escoji este lugar para hacer mis mandados y desayunar,con los productos del mercado todo bién,pero el desayuno horrible, mucha demora,una sola persona para cobrar y servir los pedidos, además,la empanada,los tequeños,el café horrible todo viejo y malo no se lo recomiendo a nadie este lugar es 147 y 104 sw

I love this winn dixie. Nice veggies and fruits. The bakery is good aswell. Its clean and inviting. I recommend there flowers too. You feel like shopping when you enter this winn dixie. Excellent prices on meat and fish. Isles are clean and stocked. Many specials each week. I check the circular before I go and stock up on the buy one get one deals. Highly recommend this place. I live in cutlerbay and unfortunately the winn dixie by me is not has nice. I drive to this one. Hope this helps :)

Formerly a Winn-Dixie, this new Fresco y Mas Supermarket has great weekly sale prices and selection, along with a newly renovated store with ample lighting and clean nicely organized aisles. There are always employees available to answer questions and help you find items. I used to shop at Publix, but Fresco y Mas gives me the same customer service and MUCH BETTER PRICES when you use your Plenti card... and they are opened late until midnight.
