There is a publix worker named Carline... rude girl. Waiting in line for my turn, even had all my groceries on the table ready to go, when it was my turn she scanned all my items, there was a previous gentleman that was bagging the items for previous customers but stepped out which I thought he would come back. As i watched her scan my items and the prices on the screen, i noticed she was throwing my groceries aside, bagging only a few, she asked me rudely "do you want your yogurt in a bag or what" I said yes, she never bagged it, she kept scanning other items looking so miserable, after 10 more seconds she looked at me and said "you dont know how to bag?" I told her "sorry I thought the gentleman was doing it, i will do it then" she immediately answered back "well obviously he is playing around sorry you have to do it yourself" she said it with such an attitude she is lucky I didnt pull her aside to speak to a supervisor. Me working in a customer service field, if your having a bad day dont let others know! If she doesnt like her job that can be solved too. I will be shopping at other publix for now. I shop here because my gym is right there but I rather go somewhere else.

Exceptional 5 stars. I visited this Publix during a power outage.I expected there to be chaos (with the registers down, cashiers excepting cash only employees running around) this was not the case. When I walked in I thought I would have to use my flashlight app on my phone but as I walked thru the store there was enough emergercy lighting to see without the aid of a flashlight. I purchased a sub from the deli and noticed they have a dining area to the right of the deli and a deli cashier. I was able to purchase my sub in the deli without having to go to front cash register. I also notice the they have a "chicken wing bar" that had such flavors as honey bourbon wings not the traditional flavors. The other Publix stores have only the 20 spicy wing box, not the different flavor varity they have at this Publix. The Deli associates where very helpful especially the cashier. And there are plenty of exists (5). This will be my new Publix supermarket.

I shop at this Publix store on a weekly basis. Over the past 6 months I have noted a downfall on there quality. After speaking with store manager he has addressed some of my concerns. There are still things that need to be corrected. Hopefully things get squared away and this store returns back to its good standing. For now I will be shopping at another store.

Amazing Publix place, one of the biggest , very clean, organized and very friendly staff. I was near to the seafood area to take a picture when I was immediately attended for a employee, very fast attention. Nice and clean dinner area. Poor shopping experience, deli, hot section, and they move products around to many times. And to top it off, the area supervisors office is up stairs and the store is a mess! Grate job to the area supvisor with the white hair!
