Walked out we watched many waitresses walk back n forth and not allot of customers even so we asked for someone to come and take our order a waitress came out and waited on the table across from us she explained she would take our order next sorry, I wasnt willing to wait any longer . If the other waitresses see or hear that the another waitress is struggling to keep up why dont the others help out?

Great food ... great service ! This is a very clean Perkins was very happy visiting here ! We met Cathy the night Manager and she is so sweet came by our table making sure that we were pleased with everything ! Our waitress Kim was about to get off for the night when we came in a lot of other people came in and was nice enough to stay and give us great service! Thank you !!

Worst service Ive ever had. Silverware was disgusting, with food crusted on it. tables where not cleaned and our server was the rudest person, manager had no sympathy towards our complaint. And to top everything off the food was disgusting and under cooked. Never again in my life. What is it so hard to find good customer service.

Im new to Florida. I saw the great reviews and decided to go to Perkins. I had to seat myself, find booster seats for my two children and my order was wrong twice. To top it off the manager said she would give me complementary muffins but charged me for them. I feel cheated and upset. IM NEVER GOING BACK!

It used to be a good place now they remodeled it and I swear the food got bad. Last night I went with my family and besides their problems my stomach has been killing me since and all I had was a salad and cold chicken with cold beans and dry Avocado. going to be awhile before I trust them again

Been there twice. Food and service were HORRIBlE both times. We will never go back and I cant figure out how the place is still open. The last time we went, we found mold under the caps of EVERY bottle of syrup they brought to our table. Disgusting! I wish I could give them zero stars!

The food is good and the service is nice, but we come from okeechobee fl to get a strawberry pie and its strawberry season so they should of had strawberry pies made but said they had been out for a week, to me that not the way to run a business, especially on valentines day...

We have had trouble in the past with slower than normal service, so we know to go here only when we have plenty of time. However on this occasion we were seated and had food out to us within 20mins. It was a great experience

Especially attentive service. The new chicken broccoli bacon over lemon sauce spaghetti dish is surprisingly fantastic. Very handicap accessible. Buy 3, get 3 free muffins to-go deal is irresistible.

I love Perkins. Its like a classier IHOP, with a bakery. And the prices are close enough that its worth the extra 2 minutes of driving.
