I was pleased to find a custom place to make my cupcakes on last minute notice for my gender reveal. I called ahead and spoke with the cupcake baker RJ who sounded very professional and intelligent in telling me what he could do for me. Went in the same night and placed an order for 12 cupcakes which he told me if there was extra batter he would throw in an extra 3-4 cupcakes free of charge. Placed the order and he then asked if I wanted to pay now or pay at pickup and gave me a total. I chose to pay at pick up. When picking up the cupcakes I was given an extra charge of 8$ and my cupcakes had no sprinkles which were requested. I requested to speak with manager who said they never give out or include extra cupcakes and that was why I got charged more. For such a small business she was in no way trying to make her customer happy and wanting to come back. I was outraged as she continued to tell me he baker doesnt take orders and told me the wrong price and that if I would have paid the day before there drawer would be short and they would take the hit. Instead of taking the hit regardless she only could tell me people make mistakes. I will never order from her again as her customer service sucks and her need for new customers clearly was not important to her anyways. There are plenty other bakers out there and urge anyone planning on going here to think twice before giving your money to her. Her employees are not trained at all in taking orders nor do they understand the policies. To me a happy and returning customer should be more important then losing 8$.

I was in to celebrate my Aunts Birthday a few months back and upon entering a woman with blonde hair just glanced at me, was not very helpful or even friendly. I spoke to another employee about my Aunts Birthday party coming very soon and bought what would have been an OKAY cake, except the design pattern came out just alright. It had a lot of cracks in the design and it just looked like something I would present to a toddler because they wouldnt be a harsh judge. I regret paying for the cake but really it was to pay for the services done I suppose. It was not terribly ugly it just would not be my first choice. Now as far as the taste goes, I expected under the fondant to be moist and light in flavor but instead it was very dry and it cracked when you cut with a fork. Gluten free recipe??? I dont know, but I didnt ask for a GF cake. I probably would not buy another cake from here if I was in the area again but I am from out of town, So it would be unnecessary to purchase another cake from here. I would give no stars for the product if it was allowed however the nice employee made it somewhat better.

Pierce was our first and last choice. She made us feel like family from the first second we walked into her shop door. Beautiful store, clean, decorated, meticulous about perfection; Satisfaction Delivered !!. We are definitely coming back for seconds!! Thanks Staci; Love ya !!!

The cake lady is amazing! She was genuinely excited about doing our cake and the ordering experience was fun. So many super unique cakes to choose from. We came in with an idea of our own and for cupcakes and she was glad to create our own custom look. Cant wait to have another event so I can go back.

My daughter and son in law had their wedding cake done by The Cake Lady. It was so beautiful and delicious! ! She was so easy and fun to work with . Everyone at the wedding LOVED the cake not only for its beauty but taste. I would HIGHLY recommend her.
