pro tip: order on the app so you dont have to wait! ...thats what i learned after finally receiving my cappuccino after nearly 30 minutes of waiting. i am not sure i have ever waited that long for a hot beverage. at least it was good! this place was a lovely place to hang out and pass some time before my friend was off work. after a day of wandering the streets and taking in all the fantastic street art, i realized my phone was nearly dead. good thing i brought my external charger! oh wait, i brought it and didnt bring the micro usb cable -___- thats where panther coffee came in. i figured if there was any place that might be able to help me out, in was a hip local coffee shop. after some scrunging around in a tub, voila! standard micro usb charger (life as an non iphone user iz hard sometimes). they generously let my phone charge safely behind their counter so i was able to make contact with my friend. then a nice local happened to have a cable as well, so I was all hooked up and could sit out front on the communal table under the huge tree with it. this is one of those places where they are serious about espresso drinks. i didnt have much else to do than stare at the gentleman in charge of them, as he very patiently and precisely made each drink along with the pretty designs on top. it was a nice size portion for the price tag and tasty. great place to come and stay awhile, and be forgiven and helped when your phone is dying.

Going down hill As a local downtown resident, I often frequent this establishment. At first, it was a great alternative to your classic coffee chain, now its just as bad. This morning, I went to panther to grab a cappuccino and some croissants, the usual thing one would go to panther for. Once inside, my experience was anything but pleasant. When it was almost time to have my order taken, an employee called me over to her so she could take my order but quickly said never mind. This was unprofessional given that two minutes later the same employee called me back over to take my order. After placing my order for one cappuccino and some croissants, I moved over to wait for my order. Surprisingly, my cappuccino came out first. Once I picked up my cappuccino I went over and politely asked the girl who took my order where my croissants are. If you know panther, your coffee always takes the longest. She looked at me and responded "in the oven" and then leaned over to her fellow employee and said "where else would they be" I wish I could say this is the only negative experience I have had at panther but unfortunately this is becoming very frequent. The unskilled staff, the rude service, and now the mediocre coffee it is safe for me to say I will not be returning.

Wood, ducts, local art, in-store coffee roaster. Funny little trap door the baristas climb up into on mysterious missions. A neighborhood full of galleries. And yet the place feels fake - a bit too much polish on the wood, a bit too stylish customers. High annoyance factor: a couple claiming two of the four tables, pretentious young entrepreneurs staking out space with briefcases on one of the two linear spaces, a barista yelling out both my first and last name when my drink was ready. On the other hand, good selection of loose leaf ties, excellent pastries, and they use a chai latte mix (Tao of Tea) that is not outrageously sweet. Several outlets. Free wi-fi with no password. Very busy at 400pm on a Tuesday afternoon, but managed to carve out a space at one of the linear tables.

Been going regularly here for 9 months, due to it being the only coffee place in the wynwood area. Coffee is nothing out of this world, the tea is awful, and the prices are ridiculous. When asked about the neighborhood employee discount, a pretentious female cashier said they only give discounts to neighborhood employees they like or employees that offer something in return. After I said that it sounded like a fraternity way of doing things, she said in a condescending manner that "coffee is a frat, but more interesting" and continued on with some incoherent babble. Will def make sure to steer colleagues, friends, and new people in the area to somewhere that actually treats their customers with respect.

Me agrada. Alli va gente de todas las edades.

Ok... I am one of those Internet haters. I just trashed the store that is just right beside Panther Coffee for mediocre. AND I could say a lot from this store too BUT this is the first time I give a good review about coffee and let me tell you why. This coffee does not give you energy, it balances your energy. It is not the kind of coffee that give you anxiety or freak you out. No, this coffee will just "empower you", like taking complex B. It is pure, it is good, it is worth the price. I spend close to $100 each month with this people, it what give me the "energy" to keep up with my day at the office. The only normal and real coffee I have taste in the U.S.

This is my fave place to get coffee in Miami. I love Wynwood for all its graffiti, art galleries, tech co working spaces like the LAB Miami and of course this gem of a spot. Panther serve up the most delicious iced mochas and the minute I am in Miami, wild horses cant keep me away. Its hipster and so what, arent we all a little hipster! Ha, I used to get the bus through Overtown to get my coffee here. So totally perfect, great spot for wifi, crowd watching and soaking up air con before braving the heat of Miami! The staff are super friendly and its perfectly place in the heart of Wynwood. Get there!

Nice roastery & coffee shop. Enjoyed our visit there. Nice selection of espresso & drip drinks as well as snack pastries. Lots of branded retail on hand. Espresso experience was very nice. Loved being able to have the espresso flight. I think my only thing that I would have wanted more would have been a way to have the shots alone and shots with milk to experience it solo and mixed. Almond croissant was very tasty, just enough sweet to pair with my espressos. Will definitely be ordering some beans online to try it at home. Gear - LM Linea for espresso, Mahlkonig Grinders, Fetco Drip

This place is right by the Wynwood Walls and was a great respite from the heat as the AC was in full force. Very hipster-ish coffee shop, but excellent selection of caffeinated options and they were even doing a live roasting/coffee tasting when I came in. The staff is a bit pretentious, but the line moved quickly and my order came out fast and correct, so no complaints. Seating is at a premium, so you gotta be on your toes to snag a spot when it opens up. I found it to be a great place to chill after exploring the Wynwood area with a fantastic and moderately priced cold brew.
